Bamboo floors throughout, freshly painted and professionally cleaned & sanitized uses Covid protocols.
Kitchen has a great island w/ bar stool seating for three. Plenty of cabinet space w/ under cabinet lighting, fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs; toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee Maker, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, filtered water & ice machine on the French door refrigerator.
Dining room has a ceiling fan, great natural light and seating for 6. Built in shelf can be used as a workstation by bringing over a bar stool.
Family room is cozy with leather couch that can comfortably seat 6. Two swivel chairs great for reading or watching the smart 60â tv. Games & throw blankets are available in the console.
Each bedroom has comfortable bedding, mattresses, ceiling fans, dressers, lighted closets with shelving, charging stations, smart TVs, bamboo flooring, nightstands & lamps.
Full bathrooms are equipped w/ hair dryers, exhaust, heat fan, tile throughout, plenty of space & great lighting. Master has a walk-in shower w/ dual shower heads and glass enclosure. 2nd bathroom is equipped with a curved tub w/ glass enclosure.
This is a licensed & legal Short-Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. Please be mindful of noise at night; no parties or large gatherings are permitted or the entire security deposit will be forfeited. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the Township of Mount Pleasant Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.
Golf Cart, Stand Up Paddle Board & Bike Rental available.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property, inside or out. Breaking of this rule will result in a $100 fine.
If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments &/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation.
