100/10 This place is so clean, and we'll organize. Not to mention that the location is great as well. The host has everything you need for a day at the beach. The beds are comfortable. My wife loved the pillows. The pool is perfect to cool off in after a day of exploring. If we are ever back in the area we would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul in Sarasota. Liked location in quiet neighborhood & no homes behind house made feel of privacy while watching sunset in evening was a nice perk! Screened in pool/hot tub/living area was nice! Easy drive to beaches & other activities made this open set up a nice home base. Shawn the mgr was helpful & responsive. We would & probably will rent again :-){

Great communication. Beautiful furniture and decor. Well-equipped kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was fun to ride a bike to the local bagel shop. The bed in the master is so comfy— like sleeping on cloud nine!

Fantastic property, we were very happy with it. Quality finishes and furniture with tasteful decor. Thoughtful touches throughout, and home was well stocked for our needs. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking but if we had, it was extremely well stocked and well thought out. Everything is labeled and is good quality which is rare. King beds in all rooms is hard to find, and the bathrooms were great with fantastic water pressure. Garage was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, sand toys, and coolers. The pool area was the highlight of this place, combined with the lush greenery in the back and no rear neighbors. Felt very private and secluded. Neighborhood is clean, safe, and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to add a child safety fence or a pool door alarm for young families. Host was great at communication and check in and out was a breeze. Would absolutely stay again!

Family Vacation

This home was very clean and spacious with lots of convenient extras like beach chairs, wagon, bikes, and beach towels. We appreciated the organized, well-stocked kitchen.

Relaxing Modern Getaway

Our stay at Casa Azul was great. The house was maintained really well, and the host was responsive. There were a couple cleaning issues, but the host was quick to correct everything. The house has plenty of additional accommodations that made our stay even better (beach chairs, coolers, floaties, bikes). The lanai was very relaxing. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This house was very clean and updated. The bathrooms and kitchen are all new with the newest appliances. Outside pool and hot tub were awesome, as well as the sitting area. We spent a lot of time outside and it was very relaxing. The host responded quickly and made sure our stay the top notch. Everything was organized and easy to find. This has been the best house we have stayed in while visiting Sarasota. I highly recommend it and most definitely coming back again.

Couldn't ask for better

We really enjoyed our week long stay. The house has everything we needed and then some. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. The house was immaculate and super quiet especially at night. You can tell that the neighborhood is very safe. The host Shawn was very prompt when questions were asked. Everything is around in close proximity (Beaches, Stores, Doctors, etc). We will definitely want to book this house again on our next trip!
