Very nice house with an outstanding outdoor area. We didn't spend much time at all inside as the outdoor area was incredible. House is in an awesome location, just 10-15 minutes from the beaches, with a Publix just minutes away. We will definitely stay at this house when we return to Sarasota.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as the photos depicted! The place was perfectly clean when we arrived. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with excellent parking. The pool and lanai were perfect! We spent most of our time in the pool. The host responded to emails quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect! Close to the beach, airport and all kinds of other attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here. The covered backyard was very nice to relax in the evenings and not have to worry about bugs. Walking trails close by and the host/travel agency were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

We absolutely loved this property! Some things to note-Many beach chairs, pool towels, etc. (Everything you need for outside!) -The house seems to be close to the airport as we could hear planes frequently. -Black out curtains in all of the rooms really helped with sleep! -Very private location and quiet neighborhood -Plenty of towels, and a very well stocked kitchen -Accessible washer/dryer complete with sensitive skin detergent -Everything was very clean!!!

Perfect size for the two girl sewing retreat we had. Very comfortable and very well equipped. Enjoyed it so much we plan to return next year! Our only comment is that the floor runners are very slippery and, therefore, a little dangerous; we moved them out of the way while we were there.

Fun family vacation spot

The heated pool was amazing and the house was clean. Very close to Ed Smith Stadium and a short drive to the beaches. I definitely recommend for a family vacation

Family Vacation

Our stay was very enjoyable. The house was clean, quiet, private and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Sarasota. Easy access to the beaches, restaurants, and SRQ airport.

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay

The house was thoughtfully organized with everything we needed for a great stay. Love the pool, coffee bar and cozy decorating style and layout. Close enough to all that we wanted to do - short drive to town or destinations east of town. Comfortable beds. The outdoor TV and covered patio were great place to hang after a long day.

Relaxing stay

Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Convenient for moving around the area, yet tucked off main roads in a nice neighborhood. Great outdoor space. We enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood and on the walking trail on the golf course nearby.
