Totally renovated in 2022 this single family home sits in a park-like setting within minutes to fine dining, golf, shopping and entertainment. This 4 bedroom 3/5 house is decorator designed and furnished. Upon entering the home, you will notice that the open yet cozy floorplan caters to family gatherings . Spacious well stocked kitchen, warm living area and dinning room. The house has high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The rear deck overlooks a preserve with moss-draped trees, which provides privacy and serenity.
The home features 3 bedrooms on the main floor including a large master suite with a king bed and chaise lounge. The other two first floor bedrooms are connected by a Jack-n-Jill bath with an oversized walk-in shower. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the other has built-in trundle beds. There is a powder room for your guests on the
Upstairs is the bunk room, with 5 twin beds, a private bathroom and its own central AC system. Upon request, and for a minimum charge ($50.00), two beds can be combined to create a king bed. WiFi is available throughout the house and bedrooms have large TV's.
The chef's kitchen is open to the living and dining room areas with an oversized island for entertaining. The dining room is large and seats 8 comfortably. The breakfast nook seats 6 and overlooks the expansive yard and rear deck. There is a gas fireplace for cool evenings. The rear deck has a dining table with an umbrella as well as a separate seating area. An oversized electric grill/smoker adds to the ease of outside entertaining. The home also contains an inside laundry room and a 2 car garage. There are several bikes for guests to use including a tandem. Ride along the famous moss-draped bicycle path from one end of the island to the other.
This is a pet-free, smoke-free home. "Happy Campers " is our personal holiday get-away, and appointed as such. The home boasts accommodations for up to 6 guest. Additional guest fee of $200.00 per guest. This is the perfect place to begin your Georgia Adventure .

This is a family vacation home. It's the ideal place to relax, enjoy the beach, explore the island, play golf, swim, fish, shop and much more. It was totally renovated in 2022 and decorator designed and furnished. It was designed for comfort and fun.
