Excellent Location and Well-Stocked

Recently stayed here with family (6 people, ages 3-70). Really great location. Steps to sand (with sunset view from living room) and walkable to dozens of shops and restaurants. One of the best "stocked" rental homes we have used over the years, from outdoor gear (beach, cornhole, grill) to kitchen equipment. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

This last minute find was just what we needed. Lovely home with all the amenities and you couldn’t get any closer to the action. The beach is just steps from your door! The home is large, clean and a wonderful spot to start your day with a coffee and walk the beach. We plan to return!

Great spot

We loved how close it was to the beach and Pine Street with restaurants. You can see the ocean and all amenities were provided like beach towels and full kitchen. We would stay here again!

Great location and clean property. Only complaint was it was not stocked with tall kitchen garbage bags, paper towels, enough toilet paper, etc...would definately stay here again.

AWESOME VACATION

Perfect vacation property! Seriously DO NOT have to bring anything but your clothes and food, they provide everything! No issues and right on the beach! Best place we have ever vacationed at and that is saying a lot! Would highly recommend for a large family vacation!

Beautiful house in great location for beach access! However, it is next to a wedding venue, so Thursday & Friday night we had loud music until 10 pm. Would recommend & come back again.

Just, wow!

I stayed at this property with my husband and it exceeded our expectations! Partial ocean view, and just a few steps away from the beach. It was really convenienct to be walking distance from the shops and restauants on Pine Street. Great customer service as well. Would recommend!

Great home and location

This house was even better than the pictures, it is beautifully furnished and has everything you would ever need, so comfortable and super clean. Lots of room for a family and the screened in porch was so comfy and we enjoyed it every night. the beach is right there, so super easy. I would defiantly go back!

Sunset Place is Fabulous

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Place. It was recently remodeled and everything was clean, new and completely furnished with all necessities. It is truly steps from the beach and the sunsets. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping on Pine Street. The list of amenities is completely accurate, including the beach gear, pool table, secluded back yard, and and kitchen utensils. We will definitely visit again.

Excellent!

Almost oceanfront! Loved the quick walk to the beach and great views of the since. The house has everything you need. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen. Downstairs den is a fun hang out room. We loved renting bikes and riding around the whole island. Never needed our car. Try the beach yoga. So nice!

A lovely house and good location. I am requesting a fair reimbursement for the lack of use of the laundry dryer which existed the whole week. A welcoming came only in text. Lack of hospitality, rather only a business.

Old Florida Charm

This property is steps away from the beach. We counted! 200! Sunsets and the ocean are visible from the kitchen and living room. Everything was pristine clean, and well appointed. Plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. Mind you the kitchen and other areas may not be newly renovated in the traditional sense, but a very skilled designer worked with what was there and evoked a bold and colorful feel. My friend and I will book this property again next year, we loved it that much.

Perfect location- need to iron out a few communication kinks still

The location is perfect. Steps away from a beautiful beach. House is super clean and well kept. Check in process was delayed due to being sent wrong access code. Not a problem things like this happen but it took 45 mins for owner/property mgr to call us back to give us another code. And yes we did call the emergency number listed on email check in. I would expect more efficient and timely response times given how much money it is to rent this place (not cheap). A check out email was also sent to us asking us what time we would be checking out on last day. We indicated the latest time of 10 am. The last day we hear someone coming inside through locked front door and it is the cleaning crew coming it at 8:45 am! Scared and shocked us as we just communicated to property team a check out time of 10 am. Not very good communication with cleaning crew and cleaning crew should not be able to access house until check out time. Felt that was very unprofessional and just a scary experience.
