Med cirka 3200 kvadratmeter konditionerat utrymme och över 2000 kvadratmeter täckta balkonger, poolside mat och lounging områden, det finns gott om utrymme för en familj att sprida ut och koppla av i denna Florida livsstil hem.

Blötlägg i den glittrande poolen efter en dag på stranden och samla sedan för middag vid bordet för åtta i matsalen, eller, om du föredrar, utomhus på balkongen mitt i havsbrisen, eller nere vid den uppvärmda poolen.

Gathering of old friends

Well, the weather did not cooperate at all, but we enjoyed the house immensely and had a great time with each other visiting and all that wonderful space and large kitchen. Walking distance to beach and town was a plus.

Anna Maria Island Trip

The house was a large home and great for a family. There was a small heated pool that was perfect for the kids. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. We very much enjoyed this location and home.

Beautiful Home / Great Location

This well-appointed and spacious home, with multiple seating areas for games and conversations, was a perfect get-a-way for our girlfriends' beach trip and it was enjoyed by all. The golf cart rentals were an additional bonus in making wonderful memories and laughs that we'll never forget, and I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Excellent house for large group

1 min to beach, lots of room for large group, responsive owner. All round great stay in a high end house. There is some road noise but didnt really effect the stay and proximity to beach and Pine well worth it

Our Vacation at Anna Marie Island

The house was beautiful and hax plenty of room for our family trip. There were seven of us.It was beautifully decorated, good size rooms and a block to the beach. It is also close to restaurants, shopping , and other fun things to fo. We lioved the house snd cant wait to vacation there again! The owner of the property was excellemt to work with..

A walk to the beach

Beautiful spacious house and the perfect pool. Loved Anna Maria and we were just a brief walk from the beach and sunset and many wonderful restaurants. Great host as well. Hope to be back..Highly recommend.

Multi-generational family trip

This home was perfect for our family trip. It has two king suites plus a queen bedroom and another with bunk beds. The pool was kept at a perfect 85 degrees. The location cannot be beat, one block to the white sand beach and just a few blocks to restaurants and shops. There is some road noise when you are sitting outside, but it wasn’t too bad. We loved it here and would definitely recommend it to others.

This house was perfect

This house was beautiful and spacious and comfortably fit 9 of us. It’s just across the street, and a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The pool and lounge area was awesome for hanging out. Make sure to take the Monkey Bus if you go out anywhere as it was a great time! The host, Patrick, was great and very responsive. I highly recommend this home!

Awesome!

We had such a great time at this amazing house. Loved the location, right across from the beach and walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The house was well stocked with the basics, soap, dish washing detergent, etc., to get us started as well as plenty of towels. Loved all of the balconies and relaxing in the pool on the first floor. The owner was great to work with in advance at booking, and also very responsive when we texted him upon arrival with a few questions. Loved every minute of our getaway and will absolutely return!

AMAZING BEACH HOUSE

This home was incredible. Walking distance to the beach (100 yards maybe)! The images don't do this place justice. It was super clean. The pool was amazing. There are multiple balconies at this home. The kitchen appliances work well. The list goes on and on. The master suite is incredible. It has it's own level...has a bathroom, and a balcony. Each room was great sized as well. Beds are super comfy. I truly can't say enough about this home. I'm a host myself, and I have stayed in many short term rentals... this one is at the top of my list!

My family loves AMI and the house is perfect for us. This was our 4th year so we know to bring spices, extra paper goods, hand soap, ice, cleaning supplies. Check the linen supply upon arrival. If something is missing or doesn't work, call the owner. He is very easy to contact. I plan to rent again in 2024.

Nice house!

Overall we enjoyed the house! The beds were comfortable and it was very clean on arrival. The house could use some minor upkeep. Lightbulbs burnt out, dishwasher always had a red light on but worked ok. The washing machine was very musty smelling, etc.. nothing major that impacted the stay. There were beach toys and chairs available for use which was much appreciated! The house is right off gulf and is a very busy road with what seemed like non stop traffic. The free trolley had stops right outside the house. It was noisy in the backyard but was private with a fence and landscaping. Great access to the beach and the kids loved the pool!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful however, there were several things that need to be fixed. The noise from the street was loud. Parking is strict got a ticket for car not pointing the “right” direction. No warning or instructions to say otherwise. Could not watch local television( couldn’t get the cable to work). For what you pay you should have complementary soap, dishwasher tablets etc. Overall the place nice. It was just the little things that kept adding up.

Our family has been vacationing in and around Anna Maria for over 30 years. In 2012 we decided to buy this beautiful house to have a home away from home.

My wife and I have 3 children. We are from Michigan and as you could imagine, love to escape from the long, cold winters. Anna Maria is the perfect spot to enjoy gorgeous weather, partake in many activities and enjoy the white sand of the Gulf.

Anna Maria Island offers one of the best beaches in the US. It is quaint and comfortable. There is something for everyone.

Walking distance to the bear and restaurants. We offer golf carts for rent and are located close the free island trolley.
