Welcome to your D.C. getaway! This beautifully renovated townhouse offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Thoughtfully decorated and fully updated, itâs designed for relaxing, entertaining, and exploring the city. Step outside to enjoy the quiet backyard, or head out and find shops, restaurants, and historic landmarks just a short walk away. Youâll be less than 15 minutes from The Mall and Capitol Hill, with easy access to North Capitol Street.Â

* Main Level:Â Bright and open with a modern kitchen, dining area, living room, and a convenient half bath.
* Upstairs:Â Three bedroomsâone master suite with a queen bed and private full bath, a second queen bedroom, and a bunk room perfect for kids or groups. A second full bathroom is also on this level.
* Lower Level:Â A fully finished basement that feels like its own suite, complete with a cozy living/entertainment space, wet bar, queen Murphy bed, and a full bathroom.
Youâll find comfy beds with crisp linens, plenty of towels, and toiletries so you can settle in and feel at home. Off-street parking, outdoor seating, grill and a mini basketball hoop add extra perks to your stay.

Because I love the DC Vibe and quick access to every part of the city. Next to the Historic Lincoln's Cottage, and up North Capitol Street allows for great access if you are Visiting the Capitol and want to have one street to drive down to the Mall & other sites in Washington DC!
