This is truly an amazing property. As the owner's home, all the details have been customized.
Primary bedroom features European-style king bed (split mattress) with individual adjustable bases. Huge en suite custom shower with luxury sprayers.
Backyard oasis with fountain and pool, jasmine arbor, hammock.
Fully stocked kitchen with water/ice on fridge, toaster with air fryer, oven with warmer and convection.
Large Roku TV in the living room, dining area all with a beautiful view of the pool.
Twin bedroom also has a wall-mounted TV with Roku.
Second bathroom with tub/shower.
Secluded and private back yard with butterfly garden, birds, trees and lush Florida tropical foliage.
Full sized laundry included.
Close to everything. Only 5 miles from the beach and 2 miles from funky Eau Gallie Arts District with brewery, bars, restaurants, galleries, and more.
Perfect for traveling medical staff, executive stays, seasonal extended guests.
This property is offered for selective rentals only. Please understand it is not suitable for large groups or families mainly due to liability of the pool.
The home is 100% private for the guests. The owner accesses garage and laundry room, but the living space is separately secured for your privacy.
