For the active adults, there is 3.2 miles of jogging, bike and walking paths throughout the community. Directly across the street is the Picturesque Marina & Harbor are a must see on your daily walk. Don't be surprised to see Manatee's or a Dolphin. You will hate to leave your renowned Resort Style Country Club home, but when you do, it is only a short drive to Vero's beautiful pristine uncrowded beach's, and home to boutique shopping and many award winning restaurants. A Public golf course is only minutes away. This is a great winter get-a-way at an affordable price. Vero is probably the best keep secret in Florida, so please don't tell anyone.
Minimum Lease Term: 60 days. $4,000 refundable deposit, $200 cleaning fee and $150 application/transfer fee to the Condo Assoc. Short term leasing prohibited by the HOA rules. Renter pay all VRBO fees, sales taxes and Bed Taxes incurred by Owner.
