Full size study/den with sleeper sofa, can double as 3rd Bedroom.
A Powder Room is featured off the Living Room.
Totally remodeled Kitchen with high end appliances, custom cabinets and counter-tops. Tastefully furnished, and clean as a whistle.
65" HD TV, with Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Cable, Internet and Wi-Fi included.
Only Steps away to the beautiful community pool. Two car garage and expansive driveway provides ample parking. Extra parking directly across the street.
For the active adults, there is 3.2 miles of jogging, bike and walking paths throughout the community. Directly across the street is the Picturesque Marina & Harbor are a must see on your daily walk. Don't be surprised to see Manatee's or a Dolphin. You will hate to leave your renowned Resort Style Country Club home, but when you do, it is only a short drive to Vero's beautiful pristine uncrowded beach's, and home to boutique shopping and many award winning restaurants. A Public golf course is only minutes away. This is a great winter get-a-way at an affordable price. Vero is probably the best keep secret in Florida, so please don't tell anyone.
Minimum Lease Term: 60 days. Dec. 1st to Jan. 31 or Feb. 1st to March 30th or later.
$6,000 refundable deposit, $200 cleaning fee and $150 application/transfer fee to the Condo Assoc. Short term leasing prohibited by the HOA rules. Renter pay all VRBO fees incurred by Owner.
