Stugan ligger på 35 privata trädbevuxna tunnland på åsen, med fantastisk utsikt över angränsande nationalskog. Stugan har vackert träverk. Röda ekgolv, Hickory-skåp och tallväggar och spårväggar och välvt tak. Tak på första våningen är över stora exponerade balkar. Stugan har två sovrum på första våningen. Ett stort loft med en dubbelsäng och tre enkelsängar. Ned trappan har ett rum med bäddsoffa och dubbelsäng, höghastighets fiberoptisk kabel-internet, TV med hemmabio / DVD-spelare med enkla anslutningar för spel (ingår inte) ett tvättstuga och andra bad. Det stora rummet på framsidan av huset har välvt tak, en mysig gaseldad spis och är öppen för matsal och kök. Gourmetkök är fullt utrustat och innehåller många grundläggande behov av matlagning. På den bakre skärmen verandan är en 6-personers badtunna, Bluetooth-stereosystem och bäst av allt, fantastisk utsikt över bergen. Det finns också ett stort däck på sidan av huset igen med fantastisk utsikt. Det finns också en stor veranda med gott om sittplatser.

Dessutom finns det ett privat område mittemot uppfarten intill en härlig bäck där du kan fiska efter inhemsk bäcköring med korrekt licensiering. Detta är också en trevlig cool plats för en picknick eller bara spela i bäcken på en varm dag.

Resort Town of Hot Springs, NC ligger mindre än 10 mil bort med flera restauranger och barer samt en mycket välutrustad vandrings- och backpackningsutrustning. I staden finns också Hot Springs Resort and Spa, där du kan få massage och skönhetsbehandlingar. Natural Hot Springs mineralbad och privata badtunnor som ligger vid The Beautiful French Broad River är också tillgängliga efter överenskommelse. Det finns också en livsmedelsbutik och närbutiker där öl och vin säljs (länet är torrt), tillsammans med några butiker. Absolutely loved this property

The cabin was perfect (secluded and surrounded by mountains)! Well stocked, in a great location, close to hiking trails. The hot tub was clean and the jets working. The host (Rob) was superb and available when we needed him ( like when we locked ourselves out)! My sister and I loved it ❤️

Mountain Getaway

We were in town for my son’s wedding. It was difficult to find the location at dark with limited GPS. But, we had fun trying! Everyone enjoyed the stay and the hot tub was a hit. We hope to stay again sometime in the future

Great cabin

Me and my fiance loved this cabin. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it with it's great hot tub in a screened in porch, beautiful mountain scenery, and great privacy nobody else around but you and whoever you come with this is the place for you. We do recommend a four wheel drive or coming in a car you know can get up it's steep dirt road. We will definitely book this cabin again we loved our vacation in it

Love our stay

This cabin was just what we needed to relax and get away for a few days . So secluded and quiet . Poor cell service but it was nice not having to be on your phones . The bed In the room off the hot tub was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We had the best time and would recommend to everyone .

Beautiful remote cabin.

Beautiful relaxing cabin. Great views and opportunity to truly disconnect. Spacious cabin,nice amenities. First time driving up driveway to cabin was a bit nerve racking but got used to it afterwards and was actually fun. Linens could use some updating or deep cleaning; were itchy when sleeping at night. other than that everything was excellent a d really enjoyed the stay. Cabin has satellite TV with bunch of channels. Definitely recommend

Private and quiet

We met friends here to relax and catch up. Its a very private cabin, quiet and peaceful. Yes the driveway is steep and gravel (reflectors lining it would be nice) Yes the internet is sketchy, but personally I didnt go on vacation to sit on my phone 😉 Sitting in the hottub watching the sunrise and listening to nature was AMAZING! The kitchen was stocked nicely (we recommend a better pizza cutter). The main level bed closest to the hottub was comfortable however the other main level bed had a deep dip in the center 😕 Lots of space inside and out and we would recommend to others. Enjoy😁

Beautiful and secluded cabin

This was the perfect cabin for our family vacation. It’s a secluded cabin that sits up on a mountain with no neighbors visible! We saw deer, turkey, and even a black bear on the property during our stay. I would recommend this cabin if you are looking for a quiet getaway!

Vistas hermosas a las montañas

Hermosas vista … la cabaña es muy linda y la pasamos muy bien la vdd solo ubo un detalle que no me gusto y es que tienes cero privacidad ya que justo al frente de la cabaña tienes una cámara que la están mirando 27/7 so si buscas una cabaña privada está no es la indicada todo lo demás súper ((( otra cocita no hay batidora )))

Amazing and comfortable stay

The place was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our mountain view while doing yoga on the deck, and soaking in the hot tub. A heads up if you go in May or June — it’s whippoorwill mating season. They have a very cute sound, but it’s not cute when it’s constant, loud, repetitively singing from 2am-6am. One was for sure nesting near the deck, and it did fly away when we finally stepped outside to tell it to hush. Don’t let this deter you from staying here, but bring ear plugs if you come this time of year! Only negative was that the stream across from the driveway wasn’t very accessible. It was pretty overgrown with brush & thorns, so we didn’t get to play in the creek. We had a lovely time and all agree we would return again!

Great place for outdoor adventure

The cabin made a great base for our day hikes of the Appalachian Trail. The cabin was comfortable and centrally located to the trail and a short ride to Hot Springs. The hot tub was great for after hike recovery. We would have loved to stay a few extra days to take full advantage of all the cabin had to offer. The driveway is steep but we’ll graded so our Toyota Camry made it up without issue. We would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful and perfect

My husband and I stayed here by ourselves, but this cabin would easily sleep two couples with kids. Lots of beds. The outside temps were in the 20’s, but the cabin warmed up quickly when we lit the propane stove (detailed instructions provided.). The jacuzzi on the screened porch was awesome, you could hear the creek water rushing below if you left the jets off. This was wayyy up on a ridge at the end of a steep curvy driveway, and I was beginning to doubt our struggling GPS when we emerged in front of this beautiful home. It was about 20 minutes from Hot Springs and 45 minutes from Marshall. Perfectly isolated with beautiful views. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was VERY well stocked and we noticed tons of games and puzzles were available. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I definitely advise getting groceries before you arrive; but I would advise that for any mountain cabin. This one is a real gem!

It is a steep drive up but everything about this cabin is perfect. It is cozy, quiet place great for relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the great mountain view. 10/10 will be back.

Quiet hidden little gem

Absolutely beautiful hidden cabin. We really enjoyed our stay. The driveway is an adventure but if you don't bring 4x4 it's really your own fault as it's recommended in ad. Would definitely stay here again. Only recommendation I have is there needs to be a sign at bottom of drive cause it's hidden and hard to find especially in the dark.

Last stop

Cabin was the last stop on our road trip east. This cabin is very private but the landscaping needs work. The over grown trees blocks alot of the view of the mountains. I live on 5.6 acres and I know it can be difficult to maintain a large property. However that is a priceless view and it needs to be saved. If you have toddlers that play on the floor I suggest cleaning the floors of the cabin before letting the child play. My child found a piece of chocolate and sharp pieces of something that most of broke and shattered. My child ball rolled under the dresser and when he took it out it was covered in dust and hair. My suggestion to all VRBO renters is to screen in your hot tub like Rob did. Makes a world of difference when it comes to weather and bugs.
