Hardwood floors and plaster walls make this older 1 owner home a joy to relax in . As the owner operator of a few guest houses I really enjoy this one Its clean and simple I can imagine the love this home was given over the years Its not perfect and could use new counter tops but she is so cozy ...The beds are all green tea platform beds (hi quality ) and we attempted to tastefully decorate this home.
We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we are in town. ...Great central location makes this location easy access to the University, Hospital or Base.
2 bedroom total 1 downstairs with a queen and upstair bedroom features a queen and 2 twin beds
Large fenced back yard. off street parking . Word of advice Oklahoma has bugs of all kinds they will come in home it is the way it is ....Oklahoma is also hot in the summer it will easily reach 110 so drink plenty of water ..

The property was adequate for our needs. I would say that the beds are not particularly comfortable. Also, the grass had not been cut in quite a while and that would have upset me more had I actually needed to bring my pets. The caretaker showed up after we arrived as she had not finished cleaning and also left some personal belongings in the house.

May have been circumstantial…. But

We arrived to a home that was not prepared for guests- they were painting and all the materials were strewn about the upstairs bedroom. We did not receive a check in or check out email from the manager (may have been a rental company error). There was no welcome information including Wi-Fi password or information about the neighborhood. We called the property manager and she provided us with the necessary information to access the home. We were unsure of how to leave the rental space so followed general bnb protocol. It is definitely not suited for tall people (over 5’10”). The shower head was about shoulder high and the beds were below my knee. On the positive side- they are updating the property, it has a good heater system and it was nice to have tvs throughout.
