Home has everything! Amazingly stocked kitchen, all bedrooms have private bathrooms, beds and linens are very comfortable. Pool, fireplace, fire pit, hot tub, foosball, arcade game, board games….nothing else you could ask for! Owner was in contact with us very quickly if we had questions. We will definitely rent this house again!

The house was perfectly situated away from the busy areas of the beach with spectacular views. Within a 5 minute drive there are groceries and Walgreens. The zero entry walk-in to the lowest level and separate kitchen was perfect for my Aunt who has mobility issues and we gave her the whole lower level to herself. Response on any of my questions or needs was incredibly quick and the beach chair set up was a life saver. We were positively spoiled!

Amazing beach house

We had me and my family from Georgia there for my moms 70th and it was beautiful home right on the beach with a wooden walkway to beach !

Dream Home

This place is unbelievable. Clean, spacious, beautiful. Every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. The pool and hot tub were great. Would highly recommend.

Family gathering

Enjoyed our quiet off season visit to the Gulf with our extended family all under one roof at Eaglehoo, right on the beach. Although the location is convenient to stores, the location felt very private. We valued the hot tub and heated pool in the cooler weather, and convenient floor plan. We appreciated the confidence of knowing through the alarm, when any of the children went out to the pool area. Our only suggestion is to provide a dust pan and broom for guests to use. Thanks for a great time.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the location was excellent. The house was spacious with plenty of beds, making it a great fit for our group of 18. The bedding and towels were high quality and much appreciated. The pool was a wonderful amenity, especially when the jellyfish were active or the younger kids needed a break from the sun. The multiple patios were spacious, comfortable, and became our favorite gathering spots throughout the week.The two master bedrooms on the third floor stayed very warm and were difficult to keep cool, while the first-floor bunk room stayed nice and cool. The laundry room was appreciated, but the washing machines could use a good cleaning, and a trash can for dryer lint would be a helpful addition.Since we prepared every meal at the house rather than dining out, the kitchen was heavily used. Unfortunately, the oven and stovetop temperatures were inconsistent, the oven was dirty, and the oven door hinge was broken. The dishwasher also had a strong odor until we cleaned the filter and ran vinegar through it. The door seal was falling off, and the door dropped to the floor when opened.Overall, the home felt well-used and could benefit from some refreshing, including newer mattresses and general maintenance. With those improvements, this property would truly match its premium price. The excellent location, spacious layout, pool, and patios made for a memorable family vacation.

Our stay at this property was excellent. We had eighteen family members. Everyone could do their own thing or things together... there was plenty of room and things to do. The daily beach service of chairs and umbrellas was awesome. I was very surprised with the amount of cookware and utensils (good quality). Maybe a little more instructions on pool and hot tub. The can opener was a challenge...lol. Maybe should be replaced. Everyone was pleased with the house and experience.

Winner Winner

We were in town for the PCB College Baseball Classic. My nephew is a new coach for Chipola College. Not only did they win the tournament, we won the over decision on best house. Between innings, the parents were comparing and talking about different hotels or rentals. Then we showed them the pics of 22213!! No contest. Folks were blown away. There may be a fight for next years booking. Thanks again. Exceeded expectations and the process was very easy.
