This is actually two homes, and both are fantastic—the carriage house and the main house. Both are awesome. There were 19 of us and everyone had plenty of room .The house manager, Rachel was always quick to respond when we had any questions she took care of everything .

Fantastic House for Larger Families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love being close to the beach and this house delivers. It has a large porch and easy access to the water, with beach chairs and umbrellas waiting. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms well appointed. We had a wonderful stay with three generations of our extended family. The pool is small but just right when we didn't want to walk to the community pools. The rental team had several good ideas on local restaurants, and were very responsive with some (very) minor issues that arose.

Awesome house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved this property. The management team was excellent. Any time we had a need or question they responded immediately. Great spot for little kids because they cannot go down any stairs from inside the house to get to the pool. There are also alarms for the downstairs doors just iincase. Made my pool anxiety go away so I was able to relax more. Overall great experience. Will definitely be back!

Enjoyable

Really enjoyed the house. There was 12 total guests ranging in ages of 5 to 60. Bedrooms were spacious and living room, kitchen and dining room large enough for all of us. House was very clean, beach views were amazing and beach access only a few steps. Really enjoyed the neighborhood amenities which included pools, pickle ball, basketball etc. One thing of note the only way to access the upper two floors from the bottom floor is by elevator or outside stairs. The bottom floor is pool side and has one bedroom and the bunk room.

Amazing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breath taking, property management was amazing and met us upon arrival. House well stocked and beautiful. Walk to beach is so short from the back door... Add a few comfy chairs in living room, that are not so low to ground, would be a upgrade. Also, keypad vs keys would be great. First place we have stayed that we needed keys....

Convenient and quiet

We were two families on spring break. There was plenty of room for the families to spread out and for all of the kids to have space to do their own thing. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat. It was clean and the management company was super responsive. My only complaint is the pain that it is to get upstairs from the bottom floor. The elevator is somewhat finicky and it is the only way to access the bottom floor from inside the house. As long as you are ok with an outdoor exit then the house is perfect.

Wonderful home and location for extended family beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at this beautifully designed home! It was ideal for our extended family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The layout is so thoughtfully planned, offering multiple king bedrooms, which was a rare find and a big hit with our group. The views from the home were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to that scenery each morning was a treat! There were plenty of gathering areas for family time, but also enough room for everyone to have their own space when needed. The kitchen and dining spaces were perfect for preparing and sharing meals together, and the attention to detail throughout the home made our stay feel truly special. Everyone enjoyed the long weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire rental process was simple and went smoothly, including receiving all of the relevant information (guest passes, access codes, etc) from the rental company when needed. The house itself was in excellent working condition. The kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes and equipment we needed, including higher end appliances and (outside) a large, clean gas grill. Everything at the house was as expected based on the listing. We were able to text the rental company with any questions or problems. The couple of questions that I had were answered within minutes. The only issue we had was that we couldn't find an iron, and the property manager brought one by within 20 minutes. It was the best service I've ever had at a beach rental property. There is a private beach access, so you can be on the beach in 30 seconds. The house comes with 4 chairs + umbrellas that are setup daily from 9am-5pm, and you can rent additional chairs if needed. The beach was not at all crowded, even on a busy Labor Day weekend. The community was quiet and friendly. We rented a golf cart, which made it easy to get anywhere within a few minutes. The pickleball and basketball courts were a big hit with the active members of our group. There are also pools, a playground, and other amenities that were easy to access and not busy. The location was perfect. There are grocery stores and restaurants within 5-10 minutes in either direction. We were able to place a grocery delivery order, which arrived shortly after we checked-in to the property and saved us 2-3 hours of time that evening. Rosemary Beach is a 10 minute drive away, which has even more options for shopping and dining. We were only a 25 minute drive from ECP airport. We will definitely be staying at Carillon again, and probably at the same property. The weekend could not have been any better.
