The host was absolutely amazing, and the house was beyond my expectations. I told the owner we were celebrating a birthday, and she went above and beyond to make it feel special. Will definitely book again!

Super clean home with lots of room to spread out for our group of 8. Amy was a super host and thought of everything that we might need. From a few drinks in the fridge to the s’mores ingredients, she thought of everything. The pool was relaxing and although we didn’t use the hot tub, it looked awesome. A great location in Little Rock.

What a gem in Little Rock! Deer Hill was more than we could have asked for. Our family had a memorable visit with swimming in the beautiful pool, cooking smores by the campfire and playing the many games that were provided. Amy and Casey made sure we had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this home for a getaway with your family.

If you’ve stumbled upon this property, you HAVE to book it! Everything about DeerHill was top notch. We booked it for a birthday party and everyone complimented it the entire time! It’s a very fun eclectic space with something cool to discover every turn! We only stayed for a night but wish we could stay longer! Amy, the host, is a gem. She had the property decorated for my daughter’ s birthday, fresh flower bouquets, and the most amazing cinnamon rolls in town. The space had a fully stocked beverage fridge and lots of nice treats in the fridge and den. Every room had everything we needed and more. Honestly, this is the best rental property we have stayed
 nothing could be improved upon.

Everything was as it was described. Beautiful home with so much character. Our host was amazing! No delay in any messages. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and drinks for our kiddos! Fresh cut flowers were a personal touch throughout the home. We loved the pool and hot tub! We only wish we would’ve had time to do the s’mores that were provided!

Host made sure we had anything we needed. My family loved the pool—it was early in the year though so no one really swam, just lounged. Hot tub was great. It’s on a busy street but feels secluded due to its setting and the hang out areas outside are in the backyard.

We LOVED this property... what a great little getaway to meet up with family and spent some quality time. I cannot say enough great things about our host, she was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful and overall an amazing experience was had as she went over the top to ensure our stay was meaningful. I was blown away that she had stocked the bar fridge with drinks for us and even left us a bottle of Champagne & some cinnamon rolls from the local favorite bakery. The house is fully stocked with so much entertainment items from games to food, like smores for the outdoor fire pit and more. You CANNOT GO WRONG WITH BOOKING THIS PLACE! We will definitely return!!

Absolutely Fabulous

Everything about the stay was perfect. Amy was a phenomenal host and the property was decked with amenities. The entrance was a little difficult to find, but, of course, Amy had orange cones and ribbons! Worth every penny and my family will be keeping this property on the short list for gatherings in the future!
