This newly remodeled and cozy home sleeps up to 6 adult guests with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a relaxing living room with 60 inch TV! Very comfortable 2x Queen bed, 1x Full bed, and couch.
Local residents refer to Rowland Heights as “Little Taipei!" There are many great local restaurants around the area and many city neighbors would come to this area for the amazing food and desserts.
This is a duplex-styled house with shared walls with us living in the back house. Guests will stay and have full access to the front house.
Location:
Families love staying here in this safe and quiet neighborhood, close to the 60 freeway. You will also see residents taking walks or jogging around.
If you're looking to visit many places during your trip, then you would like that this stunning property is centrally located around many major attractions like Disneyland, DTLA, Staples Center, Ontario Airport, Inland Empire, Pasadena, and Orange County! I
House Rules:
1. Smoking is not permitted anywhere.
2. Quiet time is after 10 pm. No Parties.
3. No pets, sorry!
4. Awareness: Duplex-styled house, we live in the back.
5. No large gatherings of any kind.
Guests are responsible for fees for ticket violations for noises and cleaning fees from pet(s) and smoking.
For the safety of the neighbor and our guests, the premise is equipped with security cameras on the exterior of the house.
