• Prime Season Rentals:
During peak season (June – mid-August), we rent Sunday to Sunday to allow for less crowded changeover days and more flexibility for guests.

House Rules:
1. Respect the Property: Please treat our family home with care. Respect personal items and the home’s belongings.
2. Pet Policy:
• Well-behaved dogs welcome with prior approval.
• Dog owners must provide a signed statement and a photo before approval.
• Please clean up after your dog and adhere to breed restrictions (due to homeowners insurance).
• We ask that guests crate or restrain their dog from damaging the home if left alone.
3. Outdoor Shower: Rinse off sand and salt in the outdoor shower before entering the house.
4. Cleaning Expectations: Please leave the house in arrival condition: wash dishes, take out trash, and clean spills.
5. No Events or Parties: Unapproved events or parties will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
6. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property.
7. No Commercial Filming: Commercial photography or filming is not allowed.
8. Deck Safety:
• No children on the master balcony without adult supervision.
• No children under 6 or adults over 200 lbs on the top bunk of the bed.
Our insurance restricts many dog breeds including a good amount of larger dogs. We ask that you send your dog breed and size info with your request to book.
