Denna vackra välvda tak loft hem har tre sovrum (sovrum sovrum loft har utsikt över vardagsrummet); två fulla badkar; Katedral Tak vardagsrum med två våningar, golv till tak, ljudisolerade fönster och trägolv; fullt utrustat kök, matsal, familjerum (TV) med trägolv, främre skiffer veranda och stor bakdäck med gasgrill, bord och stolar och grönska.

Möbler är en fin blandning av nya och antika bitar. Det ligger 4 1/2 kvarter från den kända Ocean City Boardwalk och ett kvarter från shoppingcentret Ocean City shopping och restaurang mellan tio och 11 stränder på West Avenue.

Denna "downtowner" är ett måste för familjer som vill hyra ett prisvärt STOR hem för semester, men har fortfarande bekvämligheten att gå till alla attraktioner i Ocean City. Detta är inte din typiska hyra. Det är ett hem hemifrån. Denna rökfria fastighet hyrs snabbt för sommarsäsongen.

The location was great - easy to walk to the Boardwalk and other shops and restaurants nearby. Almost no need to move the car unless you wanted to go somewhere besides Ocean City. The check-in process was super smooth. The owner sent videos to explain the nuances of the door locks, the TVs, etc. - so helpful!

Steve is a wonderful host who makes the place feel warm and welcoming. The walk to beach and boardwalk is easy and there are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood as well. We will definitely be back!!

Our experience exceeded our expectations! This is a beautiful & unique home. The photos barely do it justice. Very spacious; plenty of room to spread out, even on the outdoor balcony & deck. Communication with the host was great. Super helpful & responsive. It had everything we needed. We skipped on the linen rental and brought our own, but it’s a very convenient offer in case you don’t want to go to the trouble. Plenty of walkable shops nearby, and even a Dunkin right across the street. Parking was provided in the rear driveway which was also very helpful. Overall, we were very comfortable during our stay and would definitely consider returning next time we plan to be in that area.

Amazing time in Ocean City at Steve’s place! Before we arrived Steve sent very clear information about parking, entering the home, basically everything you need to know when you first arrive somewhere new. The home itself is super centrally located—we walked to the boardwalk, beach, shops, restaurants, and morning coffee spots! The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Steve was very attentive during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and plan to return!

Steve is a very gracious host, and was quick to act on a couple minor things that occurred at the beginning of our stay. Overall very nice place to stay. Master suite is a loft, and open to downstairs living, which needs to be put into his add.

We liked the size and location of the home. It is next to Asbury Ave., we sat on the front porch a lot, Steve is very nice & told us about the fireworks from the bay which we watched from front porch, the walk to beach is good, there is a restaurant called Cinco de Mayo 3 houses down that is great. The home is decorated nicely too. We would stay there again. Steve is a pleasure to work with.

We had a nice stay. The price was fair and the owner was very nice and helpful. They don’t charge a cleaning fee!

We enjoyed having you as guests and appreciate the positive review. For future guests reading this review's headline: The house is professionally cleaned and turned-over within the short, 4-hour period between check-outs and check-ins each week. We are pro-active with the cleaning staff when we receive comments such as the headline in this review. We host approximately 30+ families throughout the year - weekly and weekends in the off-season. That's a lot of people and furry friends. The carpets and furniture are professionally cleaned each spring before the season begins. Obviously, there isn't time to have carpets and furniture cleaned during the season, since there would be no time for drying. We are a pet-friendly home, and we provide a spot cleaner for our guests to use for any pet mishaps. The bedroom carpets will be replaced in the Spring of 2020. All other floors in the house are hardwood with "oriental-style" area rugs (cleaned each spring). Unlike most all other "pet friendly" properties, we receive great reviews and comments about the cleanliness of our home as seen in the other reviews on this and other listing sites. I am always available to our guests should they find something not to their standards. We aim to please and will do everything we can to make sure our guests are happy and satisfied with our home. They just have to communicate any issues that aren't quite right for them, so we can have an opportunity to make it right. Thank you and we look forward to hosting your family and your furry, house-trained friends.

Steve was a great host. A huge home. We certainly enjoyed staying there Loved the 2 Living rooms. Out the back door and onto Asbury ave. Lots of neat shops and good places within walking distance for eats. A little walk to the boardwalk but certainly doable for us. Would like to come back again

Wonderful Place & Neighborhood

I stayed at Steve’s place with 7 other people for my 26th birthday and we all had a BLAST. The space was not only huge, but beautiful inside. We enjoyed lounging around, playing games, having breakfast together, all throughout the stay. Plus, the area is a short walk to the ocean city boardwalk which is 10x better than Atlantic. Would stay again!!!

So incredible!!

In love with the location, the space we had 2 dogs so easy!! Great owner, he is the best considerate let us know when the fireworks were! Comfortable open floorplan, PLENTY of room and easy peasy! Love it all!!! Jess Stinson

MS City to Shore Ride

Stereo’s home was a great location to cheer riders on close to the finish line of the MS Ride. The house was spacious for our group of singles…:it’s rare to find a shore home that has twin beds that are not a part of a bunk bed. The kitchens and living areas were great, with two separate living room areas…something I had not realized in the photos/description.

Over the span of my career, I have managed Broadway and family entertainment shows including the 'Grease' National Tour starring Frankie Avalon, 'The Will Rogers Follies' National Tour starring Larry Gatlin, 'The Color Purple' National Tour, 'Sesame Street Live', 'The Wiggles', and many more. That's a picture of Frankie Avalon and me in San Diego.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My Grandparents owned a summer cottage in Ocean City. We spent our summers 'down the shore.' When it came time to buy a home, I chose Ocean City. My friends in show business can easily visit from NYC, and its a great location to host friends and family.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of the things that I love about our home is the fact that there are TWO large living areas separated by French doors. Most properties in Ocean City only have one great room. The place just has a good, comfortable vibe. Not your typical OC rental.
