RULES TO FOLLOW IN ORDER TO AVOID ADDITIONAL FEES OR LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT (OR EVEN EXPULSION)
*Unless otherwise stated, arrival after 4 p.m. at the accommodation (you can arrive whenever you want at the shelter site)
*3 people maximum at any time and 2 dogs maximum (clean, quiet and non-aggressive).
*No candles allowed and no smoking in the accommodation.
*If you use the barbecue on the accommodation, you must close the gas bottle (available as an option) after each use.
*Dogs cannot climb directly onto the benches, unless you bring blankets to completely cover the benches, backrests included.
*Rolled up white canvases should be held lightly when winding them up to prevent them from springing up completely suddenly and causing the springs to become unadjusted.
*All windows and doors must be closed if there is a risk of rain or high winds or when leaving for the day.
*Departure procedures (reminder on the fridge) must be followed (the barbecue, cooking accessories and dishes must be cleaned to be as clean as when you arrived, trash and recycling placed in the appropriate exterior bins, windows closed , doors locked). We reserve the right to charge you for any additional cleaning costs following your departure. In particular, AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $20 WILL BE CHARGED IF OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM HAS TO CLEAN THE DISHES, THE BARBECUE OR DOG HAIR ON THE BENCHES FOLLOWING YOUR DEPARTURE.
*The accommodation and its equipment must be intact upon your departure, otherwise notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge you for any broken, lost or stolen equipment.
*Notify us as soon as possible of any shortage, inconvenience or problem concerning the accommodation, so that we can remedy it as quickly as possible and improve your stay, as well as that of future guests.
MUNICIPAL SITE REGULATIONS
*** No noise will be tolerated after 10 p.m.
*Park in the indicated places
*Keep dogs on a leash and please pick up excrement
*Respect health rules
*Children under twelve years old, jacket required on the platforms
*Respect the area, keep the river clean, collect your waste
* Fish in permitted locations
* Prohibition on consuming alcohol and drugs on site (alcohol permitted on accommodation)
* Prohibition on making fires other than in the fireplace and make sure it is extinguished when leaving
* Prohibition on cutting and collecting wood (when there are cords of wood on the site, you can take a few logs for the outdoor fireplace)
* No mountain biking is permitted on the site
*Glass containers are prohibited
* No washing dishes in the bathrooms (an outdoor sink is available on the terrace of the harbor master's office/sanitary block)
NB The boat descent on the site is reserved for citizens of the municipality. There is a paid descent 5 minutes away by car (Pourvoirie Guy Mayer)
NB The municipality allows accommodation guests to moor a small boat, if it fits into the remaining space next to the accommodation and does not exceed 8' x 15'.
REGULATIONS WHEN RENTING SMALL BOATS FROM ALOBERGE
Use at your own risk, in good weather, one at a time per accommodation, two hours at a time per boat. All users must wear flotation vests at all times: you must bring one for a child, adapted to their size. (Only two adult jackets are available at the accommodation). Do not consume alcohol. Stay along the banks. Be careful and visible when duck hunting (starting in September). Return before sunset. Return the boat exactly as it was (in its place, padlocked and put the protection back on top if necessary). Please note that in the event of rain, guests are responsible for emptying any accumulated water from small boats before use.
By accepting this contract, you agree to respect the rules mentioned above and you agree to release Aloberge from any liability in the event of a problem during your stay, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances forcing you to cancel your stay (bad weather and illness/ death in the family included). No refund is possible outside of the cancellation policy, unless the accommodation is declared inaccessible by the authorities, you may then be allocated a credit for a future stay.
