Beautiful newly built home that is absolutely loaded. This stylish place is nothing short or perfection. Beautifully designed new home with attention to detail in the decorating process. Space is fully loaded with everything you should need for your stay.This home can comfortably sleep a huge family or offer enough space to a large group traveling together.Located only minutes from many of the areas most popular attractions such as Six Flags, downtown Atlanta and The Battery.Every bedroom has a quality mattress and bedding and its own smart TV. We allow large groups and parties depending on the details there may be a few associated.

Beautiful Home!

This property is so spacious and beautiful! I booked it to celebrate my birthday in Atlanta and I really enjoyed my stay! The pool table was lots of fun!

This place was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FLITHY DISGUSTING the pictures are deceiving house looks beautiful and clean on the app. This place was so dirty we couldn’t finish out our weekend had to cancel the trip and returned home that’s how bad it was. We were unable to watched television in the family room only in one bedroom couldn’t get the others to work carpet dirty appliances dirty not working beds spoiled with blood shower full of hair I would recommend this place at all!! Not even to my worse enemy don’t stay there!! Only a few pictures uploaded have lots more

It felt like a nice Staycation getaway experience. The house was plenty of room for a big big family. Everyone was comfortable and had a marvelous time!

Where to begin, Let's be kind 1st. AJ was nice and was easy to reach. When we first got to the home the HVAC wasnt working and he did supply money to purchase heaters, was easy to check in. Here is the negative: -Floors were dirty and unswept. - Holes in the walls throughout the property. - Missing fire alarms in several rooms; the kitchen fire alarm was covered with a plastic bag. - Dryer lint trap was full of unknown material, appearing to be drywall or insulation, with the vent compacted. Unable to use due to fire hazard- HVAC system did not work, leaving the property without heat. - Living room TV displayed no picture. - Stains on carpets, furniture, and walls, which were also covered in dirt. - Vacuum was clogged with the same material found in the dryer. - Trash in the bathroom contained someone else’s hair and toilet paper sitting in an unknown substance. - Scattered unknown substances on walls, furniture, and remotes. - Remotes were non-functional, missing batteries or containing corroded batteries with unknown substances. - Strong odor of pets throughout the property. - Dirty dishes left behind. -Unknown bugs and dead bugs in some of the rooms.Honestly looked like someone threw a party, left and the home was never cleaned. We ended up leaving and we are disputing for a full refund.

Don’t waste your time with this property

This property was not cleaned and they charged me a cleaning fee. When asked for refund of the cleaning fee the host wanted to be combative and was not empathetic at all. Don’t stay at this property!!

Just Right

Everything was just right. Very spacious and comfortable for us! We have a blended family of 16 and this was our 1st family trip. Everything was great the billiard table was an absolute hit! We definitely enjoyed.

Great stay!!

This was a great stay, check in was extremely easy, house was nice in clean and it has everything you need! I had a surprise party and 20 guest. My mom brought all her cooking wear just to find out she didn’t need to, they had everything!! Host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Fun Family Thanksgiving

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location and space were great for the family. The property manager was available and responded to a plumbing issue. Parking as alright the driveway is on a steep hill. We parked on the street.

To start checkin day we get to the house and there is a spider web in the corner of the front door and the host is there bring down sheets that he leaves in a pile in the garage. He also informs me that the AC isn’t working but that someone is coming to look at it. We leave the house because it’s HOT. When

House wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Some appliances didn’t work. Was without A/C for two of the 4 nights stay. The host was helpful but not too engaged. Not trying to put anyone down for we all have bad days but I would not rent this house again. Loved the neighborhood.

House Not Clean

My family came to visit me from other states and this home was absolutely horrible. Firstly, the grass was not cut. Upon entering the home I was hit by the smell, a dirty floor, a nasty kitchen, unclean linen and dirty floors in the bathrooms. When I contacted the host he seemed surprised and had another cleaning crew come out. When we finally returned to the house the floors were still dirty and the stove/oven was not cleaned. My family had to purchase their own linen and towels, and clean the house. In addition to the house not being cleaned the air conditioner did not work properly. My family had to stay in the hot temperatures at night. We contacted the host and he explained how to adjust the thermostat; but somehow it would go back to the original temperature (around 80 degrees). This was really frustrating because they traveled too far to have to stay in these types of conditions.

GREAT HOST AND GREAT HOUSE

From the very beginning, working with Albert was a pleasure. He was prompt with all responses and answered any questions I had. We were getting into town early so he allowed us to check in early. He called before check in to provide me with all the information needed for check in. He called about two hours after that just to make sure everything was good for us and to ensure there was nothing we needed and he called after check out to make sure our stay was satisfactory. Customer service is big to me so this was him providing this great customer service was a huge plus for me! The house was in a great location so we didn't have to get into highway traffic to reach our destinations. The house was clean, decorated nicely, and had great amenities. It was plenty of room for our group of 10. I would definitely stay here in the future and recommend to family and friends.

Worked well for us

There was plenty of room for our family group of 8 adults, 1 teen, and 2 children. The host answered questions promptly, and called us when we had checked in to see if we needed anything. The appliances worked well, and the pool table was a nice diversion. The listing was a bit confusing about beds and bedrooms. The master has a king and a couch (and great on-suite bathroom), bedroom 2 has a king, bedroom 3 has 2 queens, and bedroom 4 has a queen. There was also a queen air mattress and single roll-away, which we didn't need, and a couch in the family room. One note for anyone with mobility challenges; the driveway is quite steep and the garage was locked, so it was a bit of a challenge for me to navigate. Overall, were very pleased with the property and would recommend this host.
