16X32 INGROUND POOL med stort däck med utsikt över den.

Med 6 sovrum, 4 fulla bad som rymmer 25 personer ... Stor privat trädgård med mycket utrymme att leka och koppla av. Vi är bara 10 minuter från Six Flags och 20 min från centrala Atlanta. Detta skulle vara ett bra fritidshus för din grupp. 6 kvadratmeter bostadsyta. Detta hus kommer att sova 20 i sängar (Vi tillåter upp till 30 på fastigheten, men det finns en avgift för de extra personerna)

Det stora sovrummet har en kung, rummet nere har en drottning, övervåningen sovrummet 1 har en kung, en drottning och en tvilling. Sovrum 2 har två drottningar. Sovrum 3 har en kung och 4 tvillingar. Sovrummen är enorma i det här huset. Det stora sovrummet har en egen öppen spis, och sovrummet har ett stort trädgårdsbadkar. Vardagsrummet och köket är mycket stora och rymliga. Det finns också en futon i vardagsrummet, tillsammans med soffan, kärlstolen och fåtöljen. Det finns en bar med plats för åtta som sitter mellan köket och poolen. I barområdet finns ett bordtennisbord och ett inomhusspel med dubbla basket. Det finns en inground 16x32 pool med helt ny foder. Det finns ett stort täckt däck som trappar ner i poolen. Det finns en gas och en kolgrill. Huset har en inhägnad trädgård och är mycket stor att spela. Det finns en hästsko pitboll mål för din underhållning. Deerlick Park ligger tvärs över gatan, med en sjö, volleybollplan, picknickområde, baskethall och lekplats. (Du kan gå till parken!) Detta hus ligger bara några minuter från Arbor Place Mall och alla lokala matställen. Det finns en mataffär (Publix och Ingles) mindre än en mil bort. Wal Mart och Sam's ligger 8 km bort. Six Flags ligger 15 minuter bort, och centrala Atlanta ligger 20 minuter bort. Vänligen kontakta oss med frågor. Huset är utrustat med WIFI, direkt-TV i varje sovrum, Roku-enhet och DVD-spelare. Det är fullt utrustat med tvättmaskin, torktumlare, strykbräda, sängkläder och ett fullt utrustat kök.

It was fine.

It was fine. Was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Sweetwater Creek State Park which is what we were looking for. Kitchen was a little odd with some many locked cabinets. No dishwasher detergent.

Disappointed

Outdated but roomy, didn’t like the kitchen needs renovations especially bathrooms and kitchen furniture is well worned and not comfortable did not feel comfortable in showers they were old and needed updating like the location liked the size just not my kind of place would ratheranmodernef clean state of the arts kind place.

the place is gorgeous, the pool was nice and the property manager/owner was wonderful, considerate of our needs and moved us to another property. It was private and we wanted to make sure we cleaned it and left it like we got it, Thank you so much, I have not been well, this was very nice everyone in one place

Ended well

I was hesitate on doing a review because I didn’t stay in the home listed it was last minute plumbing issue and I was offered a refund or to move to a 4 Br instead of 6 and honestly all or that was fine as the title of my review stated it ended well. That truly didn’t bother me because that’s life unforeseen circumstances that alter plans. What I would advise anyone to do before renting is read the rules all of them. The tone that I received from Jamie was unnecessary. I was already stressed trying to get my family in for my daughter graduation had a last minute change of 6 bedroom to 4 I was worried about Will there be enough room in the different house and Jamie tone honestly made me feel like I had not spent a dime to rent, it was although she was doing me a favor instead of me paying for a service. I read other reviews and I hope that who ever responds doesn’t come in to attack because all of my feedback was not positive. Daniel came in with great customer skills I provided what was needed the house was great the pool was great had everything we needed. Customer service with Jamie really needs work I was thankful that Daniel came into the thread and changed the tone. Overall my family and I had a great time good neighborhood one of the neighbors came over and gave my daughter a gift for graduation.

I’m so not happy with the owner

This place need remodeling. There is a mold smell and the bathrooms are awful. It is big and spacious place but a upgrade can do. There were stains on the toilet and the showers were not cleaned properly. I will not be booking this place ever again, I see why the pictures are short cut because the place is really old and smelly. On the last night stay I had a small get together because my family was exchanging Christmas presents and the owner sent me crazy messages and the ad clearly say family reunion are welcome and I only had 20 ppl there and he said it was 40. I am not happy at all and this place should not be on any booking site because of the home upkeep. The carpet are stained and the mold smell is disgusting and could make anyone sick so be aware of these reviews because they are real.

Country home away from it all

The house is very spacious and allowed for my family, friends and I to take advantage of the property without feeling overcrowded. We were able to enjoy the pool and outdoor patio area based on the level of privacy that the house offers. The home is older but we had no issues with it during our stay. The hosts/owners were very responsive which allowed for us to book the property with confidence. We would stay here again!

Wow, Awesome place

We were renting this house while in town for a baseball tournament. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of beds for sleeping. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. It goes without saying that the Pool was a big hit with the Boys as well as the ping pong table. Hosts were easy to communicate with and made the stay extremely comfortable. Thank you! I highly recommend this house for any larger family or groups for short or long stays

Overall good stay

This property meet the needs of our large group (17) nicely. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and the kids enjoyed the pool, Ping pong and basketball. The hosts communicated promptly and were so very responsive. It was a great stay overall!

Spring break 2022

The property was very clean had plenty of space for my family we enjoyed our stay there I was very pleased and the time that the owner responded back to my every need he directed me to different places to attend with my family I will recommend this property to anyone. We really enjoyed ourself. The kids loved the aquarium and the museum. This was our first time in Atlanta and we had a great time we will definitely come back and rent from them again. Spacious comfortable stay

The house is more is than roomy, well equipped. You'll feel at home the moment you walk in. The pictures are accurate. What makes this a great rental is the host. Communications were a breeze, promptly replied, and you can see their genuine desire to make you at home in their property via the details in how they stock up the house for your arrival. Thank you. We'll be renting again for our next group trip to Atlanta.

Too much fun

We had the best time here. This house is a bit older and super unique. It turned out to be a great stay for the 16 of us. My husband found so many hiding places to jump out and scare people. I would for sure stay here again.

Great location

The property is located on the west side of Metro Atlanta and easily accessible from the airport without getting on the interstate. We love to cook and had two grocery stores within 5 minutes (Ingles and Publix), with Family Dollar and Dollar Tree close by. We were in Atlanta in 30 minutes with traffic. Restaurants and shopping are one and two exits west and Six Flags is 10 minutes east. The house has excellent wifi and pool... and tons of sleeping space. The owners were immediately responsive when we needed them. Highly recommend this listing.

Relaxing and great location

I had my family of 18 stay at this location for 1 week. We had an amazing time together sitting by the pool, cooking, talking, drinking in such a large space. We did come across a few issues with equipment breaking down (not our fault) but Jaime and her husband communicated with me right away and took care of the issue immediately. They were very nice and made sure we were comfortable. I will definitely rent this location again.

Family reunion in Georgia

We were 7 adults & 9 children ages 16 to 11 months. Plenty of room for everyone. House was very comfortable. Pool is beautiful - the shallow end is short. Lots of yard to play in. First reunion house that had enough chairs & sofas for lounging and tables & chairs for everyone to eat together in the kitchen. All in all it was GREAT!
