Welcome to Canne's apartment! Located inside a resort-type Complex in the Southside area, this big apartment has 2 Master Bedrooms, both with King Beds and big closets. Very comfortable space with a beautiful Balcony view. The place is a block away from I295 Highway and close to the Mayo Clinic and beaches. Short distance to Gas, Publix, Restaurants, Financials, Top Golf, Downtown, Stadiums, and more. Everything is 25 min or less. ¡Hablamos Español!
This is a 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the building with king-size Beds. Two Bathrooms with Warm and Cold Water. The master Bed has a shower and Bathtub included. 3 people can take a bath at the same time! You can use the full kitchen with all the Supplies needed to cook and dinner. The washer and dryer are inside the apartment for your use. You will love the sunrises on our screened balcony. Such a beautiful view.
This community is in a friendly location ideal for walking around, biking, and running. There is a park close to the complex with an incredible sunset view. You can even walk from the property to go to restaurants and shops. You will have access to the apartment plus the amenities of the community:

Needed a place for one night for Players Championship. Worked out great. Easy to get to and back to the golf course. Plenty of room. Nice place.

Great stay

We were in town for a few days attending visiting family. The location was convenient from the airport and had a ton of restaurants and shopping near by. We had dinner at the Thai restaurant across the street and it was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.

Much more than what we expected. Clean, big size of bed room, kitchen, dining area, and many kitchen ware to use. May need holding bar in the bath tube safety for old people
