Redding house

Old house - sorry to say pics look better then real life. Smells musty and moldy. Had big built in fan in entry way ceiling that sucked lots of air- we kept that on. We had 4 nights paid we tried to get out 2 days early since it was bad on our allergies…but they only let us out 1 night early. Pool area the bushes etc needs cleaned up and pool has freezing water. No option of heater. No space for lounging by pool really. House needs more comfy chairs /couches to seat 6-8. It only had 1 chair and 1 couch. Think if it was updated and remodeled it could be nice. It’s close to Costco and Enterprise park for pickle ball. We were gone alot to play in the sunshine. Nice to have own bedrooms and kitchen area.It was lovely to enjoy family and sunshine together in California..

Cozy house with numerous amenities in a good location

We were there to celebrate NYE and we enjoyed a lot. The house almost had every amenity that u can think of. The place is spacious with a huge backyard and a game room as well. The kitchen had all the utensils and the driveway can accommodate 4 cars easily. Overall a great staycation!

Adorable House

We were unfortunately in town for a memorial service, however, despite the sad circumstances, this house was just perfect for our family. Very clean, comfortable, unique layout (which I love), and the pool was a huge hit with my kids. Super easy to get to, right off a main road, and check in went smoothly. I definitely recommend this property. Thank you!

Great Family spot

The pool and game room were a wonderful energy burner for the grandkids. Some family stayed here and we used it for a base for bigger family dinners and evenings together while we were all in town for the great-grandparents 70th wedding anniversary. Good use of long kitchen counters and extra fridge in game room. A great time had by all.

Wonderful summer family getaway!

We traveled as two families with 3 teen girls. We found the home well-maintained, well-stocked with the essentials, and overall very comfortable. The pool was perfect and we appreciated the pool floats and plentiful towels. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we loved that Costco is only a few minutes away! We appreciated how quickly the manager Paula responded when we realized we needed more propane for the grill and were short one bath towel. She delivered the items to us right away. We hope to return again in the future!

Charming and sweet

A very charming house located close to everything :). I loved the home. It was enough space for my family of 7 and usually when you look through photos it doesn't match to when you're there. What you see is exactly where you will be staying. Host is very quick in response and accommodates your stay. I will say it can get a bit chilly in the home since the heater is on a set timer. The cleaning fee is a bit high and the damage insurance I wished was optional. The garbage was full when we arrived so we were unable to throw our garbage away. Aside that, I definitely recommend this place for stay! Of all the places I've stayed at this, was my favorite :). Each part of the home had it's own little hidden charm. The gameroom was a great spot as well. The host was very nice and understanding. If I ever were to visit during warmer months I would stay here again.

Cozy home❤️

This house was a great place to stay for my short trip to Redding! Beds are comfortable and the house comes with all you can think of! Only thing I would say, if you have a car that is pretty low to the ground, the driveway is a bit of a drop but other than that we loved it and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Destination for Families with Kids

The property is exactly as described in the listing, the game room is wonderful! Our children definitely enjoyed all of the games. The salt water pool is awesome. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

We will be back!! So wonderful!

The home was perfect! From the Salt water pool, covered patio with tons of seating, the new bbq and last but not least the wonderful game room! Communicating was very easy and it was great how they labeled everything inside (Cupboards, light switches, etc). I would definitely stay here again!
