This home is wonderfully located across West Beach Boulevard from the beach, a position that gives it an indirect view of the gulf. Here near the heart of Gulf Shores, you can easily escape into the tranquil setting of Gulf State Park (three miles east) or find all sorts of family fun up and down Highway 59, from Waterville USA to the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Within this community, you'll also have access to two outdoor pools (one of which is heated) and a hot tub.

Built in 2022, this home is sparkling new throughout, offering such beachy touches as shiplap walls and a soothing palette of soft whites and taupes. With deck access on two sides, the open living space is bright and breezy, bringing together the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room. Use stainless steel appliances to prepare breakfast each morning, and sit down for pancakes at the island breakfast bar or the farm-style table. Bring each evening to a close in this space as well, as you gather on the sectional sofa to watch movies on TV.

You'll delight in coming back from the beach in the afternoons to be greeted by central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, and plenty of deck space for sharing cold drinks and snacks. At night, each bedroom has an attached bathroom and a cable TV to lull you to sleep.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
