Located right off the University Drive corridor providing easy access to Texas A&M University, Stadiums, Shopping, Dining, and everything else the energetic cities of College Station and Bryan have to offer, all within 10 minutes.

Check-In:
 Host will provide lock box instructions, garage code, and Wi-Fi access for all confirmed bookings
 Early check-ins are not guaranteed & require written approval from the host

Parking:
 Guests should be considerate of the vehicles in the neighborhood and comply with the parking regulations. 2 vehicles can be parked inside the garage, and 2 more can be parked outside the garage on the driveway.

Inside the home:
 Clothes iron and extra bedding will be available for your comfort in the 2nd-floor closet
 Guests will be charged $10 per towel, bedding soiled beyond reason
 No Smoking
 No parties or events
 No unregistered guests or visitors allowed overnight
 No eating or drinking in bedrooms besides water. Please enjoy your meal in dining area
 No pets allowed

Check-Out:
 Wash any used kitchen utensils and leave them on the drying rack
 Discard all trash into the appropriate trash bins in the garage
 Please ensure you take all your personal belongings; the host is not responsible for any items left behind on the property. We will try our best to ship any left behind items back to you, but it will be at your cost
 Late checkouts without prior approval from host will be charged for the next night’s stay
 If heavy cleaning is required post-check-out, we reserve the right to charge extra (beyond the regular cleaning charges)
 Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb
 Make sure to turn off the lights, fans, faucets, TV, and lock all the doors, windows
 Lock the front door, place key inside the lockbox and close the lockbox (follow instructions listed inside the lockbox)
