Convenient to A&M and affordable!

Great place to stay for our quick trip into town for our son’s Ring dunk! The beds seem to be a King, 2 doubles, and 2 twins. Loved the spacious back room in the house for visiting with family and also the great back patio.

The space and layout was as described and exactly what we were looking for to keep our boys entertained. Previous review described a frat environment which was a good description. Some updates are needed and I offered some feedback to the host who was very appreciative and very responsive during check in and throughout our stay.

The large communal rooms were perfect for graduation weekend with my extended family in town. It had a frat boy vibe, which was how it was in terms of cleanliness. It worked for what we needed. I did send a few suggestions to the owner on how to improve. I had trouble with my credit card, which had recently been compromised, and he handled that gracefully.

The house is was very family friendly! There was a lot of room and the kids enjoyed the darts and ping pong table! The beds and bathrooms were very comfy and clean! Overall the house was clean. The only complaint was the kitchen area! The cabinets were not very clean on the inside! There were a few dead bugs in the cabinets and around on the floor! It appeared like maybe the house had been recently sprayed for bugs but not cleaned up following the spray!
