Summary:
A Wave from it All is a beautiful 4 bedroom beach house with 3 full baths and 2 half baths only a 2 block walk from public beach access! This house also has a private fenced pool in the backyard! We are also just a short walk to 2 popular restaurants, and just a short drive from several other fine eateries and amusements. Enjoy decks on every floor and don't forget to check out the peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the 3rd deck. A public boat ramp is located on the lagoon behind us.

The Space:
The house has an open concept kitchen/ling room area, a half bath jut off the kitchen, a laundry room, and a master bedroom in the back with an on suite bathroom on the bottom floor. The 2nd floor has 2 more large bedrooms, both also with their own on suite bathrooms. The third floor consists of 1 large bedroom that is set up to sleep 4 people. It also has a wet bar and a half bath. There are decks on every floor front and back.

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the front door. Access code will be given the morning of your trip and last for the duration. There is also a key to the padlock to the gate on the side yard to the pool if you wish to use it. We just ask that you lock the padlock back up before you checkout. The key is kept in a dish on the kitchen window sill.

The Neighborhood:
Residential/Commercial with single family houses, condominiums, and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Walking, bicycles (rentals) , golf carts (rentals), and autos.

Other Things to Note:
MUST BE 23 TO RENT. No pets allowed. Suggested occupancy is 12 with the maximum occupancy set at 14. (Extra 2 will be sleeping on air mattress). Quiet time kicks in after 11:00 every night. There are families in the area. THERE WILL BE NO PARTIES WHATSOEVER. Violators will be asked to leave the premises with NO REFUND. There are some pool toys in the storage bin on the side of the house. You can unlock the gate that goes back to the pool area when you arrive and keep it unlocked for the duration of your trip, but we ask that you lock it up before you check out. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway.
