Close to the beach

Overall the house is nice. Frustrating that you have to pay to use the gas grill and fire pit 25 dollars each. No batteries in the remotes. No light bulbs in some of the lamps. Camera in the back yard coming on and watching/or recording us. A service man walked right in the back yard unannounced and started working on dryer vent. And documents posted everywhere that the house is rented through a management company. It takes hot tub a day and a half to heat up. So don’t plan to use it when you 1st arrive.

Nice clean and new with great communication

Great stay overall but did not give 5 stars because of a few reasons. The A/C was locked and too hot for 2 nights. Owner did assist to fix for us - thank you. The fans are remote controlled and we had to fight other rooms and the neighboring duplex to get out fan on with light off. They are all programmed to the same frequency. Limited cookware. Bring your own cookie sheets, small pans and it may work. Dishwasher doesn’t open fully and is blocked by fridge. Ice maker doesn’t work so prepare to buy ice.

amazing stay

This property was very clean when we arrived and easy to check in. It was also very close to the beach which was awesome! The owners are very nice and helpful to anything we needed! Me and my friends had a great week staying in this house and we would definitely book again!!
