At 5,000 ft. elevation, experience the breathtaking long range mountain and sunset views from the hot tub on the covered deck. Access the ski slopes at Sugar Mountain Resort, only a short drive down the mountain. You are close to all the High Country attractions and adventures or just relax the day away by the fireplace with a good book. Sugar is Sweet in all 4 seasons. The mountains are calling!

-RemoBell Video Doorbell Camera is located outside at the front door entrance to my condo. Push button for 2 way talking to your host. Video cam is Powered ON.
-Cameras on the condo building front exteriors, parking lots are located throughout the community by our HOA.**

Our location is perfect for warm weather activates too. Nearby is mountain biking, hiking and waterfalls, and fine dining restaurants. Sugar Mountain's public golf course opens in mid April. Cruise the famous Blue Ridge Parkway, take in the many scenic stops and panoramic overlooks. Looking for speed, then try the adventure of Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster just 10 minutes down the mountain.

Enjoy our cool summertime temperatures up here. With our elevation, you can expect our average temperatures to be 20-25 degree cooler than the Charlotte/Raleigh and eastern parts of NC areas.

This condo has easy level entry access with no stairs, convenient parking just right out the front door. 1,300 sq ft open concept living areas with hardwood flooring in the main living area. Relax and unwind with the stacked stone gas fireplace in the family room. Or head on out to the covered deck and relax just viewing the amazing sunsets while soaking in the hot tub!

Work Remotely: The condo includes High Speed Internet access with download speeds over 200 Mbps. Remote desk work space is located in the second bedroom.

Main bedroom: Has sliding door with access to the back deck. The main has a king bed. There is a smart TV with cable. Private bathroom has a separate tub, walk-in shower, double sink, and large closet.

Second bedroom: This bedroom has a queen bed and is connected to the hall bathroom for additional privacy. There is a smart TV with cable. Also a laptop friendly workspace is located in this second bedroom.

Kitchen: Enjoy your cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate from our Keurig. We supply a variety of K cups, with sugar and creamer for you to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, stemware, dishes, and all the cooking supplies and utensils you need to enjoy and prepare your home cooked meals during your stay. Also enjoy all those crock pot meals with included crock pot. A washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen.

Dining area: The round dining table seats 6. Has eat-in kitchen with 4 bar stools.

Family room: A sliding door with wall of windows opens onto the large covered rear deck. Stacked stone gas fireplace with remote control. There is a fold out queen sofa bed and TV that includes cable with a Roku streaming device for guest login.

Covered Back Deck: Relaxing 4 person Jacuzzi hot tub located just outside the main bedroom. Have a relaxing morning coffee or comfortable dining on the Polywood bar height table and 4 chairs. You may see a friendly deer or rabbit off the back deck.
