Looking for a modern exquisitely decorated beach house where you can catch fish right off your back porch and enjoy sunrises/sunsets from multiple private decks? You've found it! Welcome to Agua Vista Waterfront Villa. Our modern home features 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms upstairs with an open concept expansive living/kitchen space fully stocked for your family or group. The primary bedroom is a true retreat with King bed, smart TV, designer oversized shower, double vanity and gorgeous decor. 2nd bedroom features a super comfy King bed, ample closet space, smart tv and fan/light combo. 3rd bedroom is as cute as a button with 2 full sized beds and a friendly whale theme that will make your kids smile. Bonus play room downstairs and has a Queen sleeper sofa, Xbox ONE system with games, SmartTV, fridge, microwave and half bath. Outdoor shower just outside the bonus room with privacy wall and latch. Covered Area underneath features a high end dining set with seating for 8. Also a 7 person Thermo-Spa Hot Tub with amazing view of the water. Relax and Unwind at the end of the day or start your morning off right enjoying the sunrise from the hot tub! The home has TREX composite decking throughout including downstairs for the "fishing" deck. We have an automatic fishing light that comes on at sunset to attract the trout and other fish. We have 2 single kayaks/paddles & 1 tandem kayak/paddles & life jackets for your use at your own risk. Upstairs we have over 1200sqft of decking, dining table/chairs, 4 composite adirondacks/side tables and 4 sun-loungers. Home has a rolling gate for extra security and plenty of parking in the driveway for 3 cars. Our home is less than a 2 minute drive right across to the BEACH where there is plenty of parking. Just drive down the beach to an open spot and have all your gear right there with you. No hauling gear anywhere. Community Pool, Boat Ramp and Playground just down the street. Pool Pass is $5/person. This property is truly amazing and had everything you could need. The hot tub and kayaks were a great addition. The beds were super comfy and house was very clean.

Everything was so nice and well thought out on amenities. Just an FYI.Out of salt and the soap dispenser was missing in the downstairs room.Not our favorite tp but on par for vacation rentals.Had a great time!

Perfect house for adult trip!

We stayed for a short getaway and the house was perfect. Everything is labeled so you’re not guessing where everything is. The house was super clean. Property was super clean. Lights for fishing was a plus. Great location. Will be booking again!

Wonderful House!

We loved this house! There was so much to do: fishing, kayaking, Cornhole, basketball, ping pong, games, numerous tvs to accommodate various tv watching preferences, and more! The communication with the hosts was exceptional! We had several questions before we arrived and they answered our questions quickly and courteously. I was disappointed that we had to pack up and leave today! We hope to be back!

Great Family Vacation!!!

This is an AWESOME home! The home was beautifully decorated, with numerous areas for entertaining. Fishing off the dock was fun and we caught croaker, piggy perch, sand trout, black drum, needle fish, and one small spec. There was plenty for the kids to keep entertained - Ping Pong, basketball, kayaks, Xbox, Hot Tub, tons of beach toys and fishing rods, corn hole and more. The Hosts paid great attention to detail. I highly recommend this home and we plan on renting it again in the future.

Jamaica Beach bay house

The bay house was everything we expected it to be and more. My husband brought his bay boat and the boat slip was very convenient for him. The house was very clean and nice. We rented a golf cart and the beach was a short drive from the house! Highly recommend!

Elegant Oasis

The entire stay was a wonderful experience. The home is gorgeous, the decor relaxing and beachy. It's close to the beach where we could walk. Close to downtown for dining out. The jacuzzi was great and the opportunity to fish off the bay was fun, we actually caught fish! It was quiet although our next door neighbor got loud Saturday another neighbor went to their place and the music ceased. Neighbors in the area were friendly. If we had any suggestions, it would be in the kitchen, ant presence in the cabinet with spices, and the oven smoked when turned on, it needed some cleaning. I would definitely recommend this home.

Long weekend getaway

After booking for 5 adults on this trip, only 3 of us were able to make it. However, we had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The top deck is where we spent most of our time if we weren’t visiting the island for some good food. Thanks for sharing your amazing property with us. Sherrie B

Perfect Vacation House

This was the perfect place for our vacation. The house and the setting are absolutely beautiful. I was afraid it would be noisy with so many houses but it was so quiet sitting outside most of the time all I could hear were the birds. Spotlessly clean inside and out. I hope we get the opportunity to stay there again.
