Botanist Bungalow in Carolina Trace by the Lake🏌🏼

Enjoy the Botanist Bungalow. A peaceful home in the gated golf community of Carolina Trace. This 2 bed/2 bath home is equipped with comfortable beds, forest views, and house plants. It has a pull out bed in the living room for parties of 5 or 6. In the summer enjoy the community pool or walk by the lake.

If golfing is your thing, you're in the right spot! Courses like Tobacco Road (20mins) and Pinehurst(40mins) are near.

Our home is also a great place to stay for local Sanford/CT weddings!
The space
This property has a primary bedroom with a King Size bed and two closets. Attached to the primary bedroom is a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a stone top vanity, and a linens closet.

The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size bed and has one closet. This bedroom also has a full bathroom attached to it with a walk in shower. This bathroom also serves as the guest bathroom.

The dining room has a large refinished antique table that comfortably seats six. Off the dining room are sliding glass doors which lead out to the back deck with the picturesque forest views. You're truly in the land of the pines!

Next to the dining room is the living room. In this space enjoy the built in shelves with many propagated plants and other artwork. The TV is a Roku smart TV so you will be able to access all of your normal streaming services by logging in to the them through the guest portal. We have also provided a record player with a small collection of our favorite musical finds, a few games, adult books, children's books, and a little dry bar area. The living room has a large couch, a loveseat, and a comfy accent chair. There also is a glass desk situated in front of the front window for a pleasant work-from-home experience. We hope you relax and enjoy this space to the fullest!

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. There are plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, and more. We also have provided a brand new Cuisinart coffee pot for 12 cup or single cup brews. If French press coffee is more your style, we have provided one for guest use as well.

The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer that you are welcome to use as needed. We also have extra stored towels and beach towels if you decide to enjoy the community pool.
