Om du vÀljer, stannar den kostnadsfria transferen nÀra lÀgenheten för att ta dig till Park City Main Street, Deer Valley Ski Area, Canyons-omrÄdet eller till Outlets pÄ Kimball Junction. Vi gillar att gÄ 13 minuter till Gamla stan för frukost istÀllet för att ta en gratis buss men alternativet Àr ditt. Radhuset Àr rökfritt utan husdjur. Barn vÀlkomna.
VÄrt radhus har nyligen renoverats (november 2018) med nya kvarts bÀnkskivor, ny tvÀttmaskin, torktumlare och diskmaskin, nya skjutdörrar (18 meter glas till dÀck), original konstverk och andra tillÀgg som lÀgger till Park City teman rum. Det Àr inrett för att representera de aktiviteter som Park City lÀnge varit kÀnt för. De rymliga rummen, unika inredning och bekvÀma miljöer ger en hÀrlig tillflyktsort.

Sommartid ger en vacker bergsinstÀllning för cykling och vandring samt roliga aktiviteter och bollspel i stadsparken intill lÀgenheten. BelÀget i en historisk del av staden, ligger detta bostadsomrÄde nÀra dig sÄ mycket som Park City.

PÄ övervÄningen finns tvÄ sovrum sviter: Skidrummet med en king size-sÀng, dubbla garderober och ett badrum / dusch. Forest Animal Theme Room har en king size-sÀng med ett badrum och dusch. Vi har tvÄ 40 gallon vattenvÀrmare sÄ att du inte kommer slut pÄ varmt vatten.

HuvudnivÄn har ett fullt utrustat kök, matsal, allrum med gaspis och tillgÄng till en komplett balkong. TvÄ soffor pÄ huvudnivÄ omvandlas till queen sÀngar. Badrummet har en privat tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, samt ett stort Ängbad / dusch.

NedervÄningen har Silver Mine Sovrum med tvÄ enkelsÀngar sÀngar och ett badrum / dusch. Den privata bubbelbadet ligger bredvid ingÄngsdörren i sitt eget cederturnerade rum. TvÄ tÀckta parkeringsplatser ligger bredvid ytterdörren pÄ denna nivÄ. Ytterligare parkering finns pÄ plats.

Great location for Sundance. Easily walk to 4 theatres. Plenty of room for 3 couples, plus pull out couches for kids.

Great vacation home for family

We have a family of 6 that gathered together from LA and Ohio. Host was really responsive to our inquiries. We love the living room and kitchen spaces. We enjoyed the steam room and personal hot tub. Due to the heavy snowfall (4 feet in 7 days), the short cut walk towards the ski slope was really difficult and we had to go via the longer route (no fault of the home). We enjoyed our stay at this property.

Awesome condo?’

We had 7 adults staying at this condo and it was great! Plenty of sleeping space and great bathrooms. The owners were super accommodating and generous when we had flight cancellations. The location is excellent. 10 minute walk to ski slopes and to Main Street. 3 minute walk to gricery store and Walgreens. No need for a car! Beds were comfortable and kitchen is everything you need. Thanks for a GREAT stay!

Perfect PC Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful ski weekend staying at the Struggler condo! Location was fantastic, steam room was awesome, and communication was great. The walk up to PC mountain base was doable, even in ski boots. Only one of the 4ish blocks is uphill, and it took right about 10 minutes to get in the lift line. 11/10 would recommend!

Exceptional!

Everything about Jennifer’s home in Park City met or exceeded our expectations. Location was our first goal. Most of our party of 6 are skiers so the 2-3 block walk to the lift was perfect! We also wanted the non-skiers to have easy access to shops and restaurants. This home is perfectly located. We never waited more than 3 minutes for an Uber for the 1mile ride to town. Another priority for us were the bedrooms. With 3 couples, someone always seems to get the short straw. We were so happy to find that each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom! There’s even a 4th bathroom on the main floor with a beautiful luxurious steam room/shower. TVs in every room. Well equipped kitchen. Gas fireplace.Laundry on the main floor was also a plus. Two excellent markets and a liquor store are less than 1/2 mile away (we walked) We loved the view of the sun coming up on the view of the mountains every morning. Most importantly, we appreciated our host Jennifer’s flexibility with our travel plans. This vacation was a rare occasion for our family to get together and this cozy home we rented helped make it a great trip. Thank you Jennifer!!!

Location

Stayed there for a guys ski weekend, the location is amazing. We walked to the ski resort every morning, less than 10 min. You could probably get away with not getting a rental car if you were in latl city primarily to ski. The bars and restaurants aren't that far either, short Uber ride if it's too cold out.

Very responsive host!

Our group of friends loved our week long stay. We accidentally put in the wrong detergent in the dishwasher and the next day Jen showed up to clean the unit, make sure it was functional and dropped off some detergent pods. She was super attentive!

Perfect location for annual ski trip

We stayed here with a group of 6 friends over MLK weekend. Location is perfect. You can walk to town and walk to the Park City Mountain Village. The property is also super well maintained, clean, and beds were comortable. Would stay here again!!

Great Holiday stay in Park City

Perfect Location

The location is ideal for walking to downtown Park City and easily accessing the main resort base to go skiing. The steam room was excellent. The hot tub needed to be cleaned, unfortunately, so we didn't try it out after seeing the water was fairly cloudy and didn't look appealing. Outside of that issue, it was a great spot.

Perfect spot

The place was incredibly convenient and nicely kept up - the master room mattress was too short for me 6’3” as my feet hanged off the end- and the middle floor bathroom sink didn’t drain properly- but that’s all that needed improvement- the rest was very good- will be back Thanks !

Perfect Spot for a Ski Trip

This was the perfect spot for a ski trip. The location is just a short walk to the base of the mountain and walking distance to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again!

Jennifer (the Daughter) runs the condo schedule. Joyce (the Artist) and Clark (the Educator) have enjoyed Park City for years. Joyce works with fused glass jewelry and creates large abstract paintings. Park City has been a favorite site with our family for skiing, biking, shopping, eating, and celebrity watching. Joyce displays her work at the annual Park City Art Festival almost every year.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The condo has lots of room for 10 guests with three bedrooms and en-suite baths. Full furnished kitchen for the chef in the family. Covered parking for two cars. Park City has something for everyone, every age, every season. Winter sports on the 'Greatest Snow on Earth' and Spring bike rides on the miles of the Park City bike trails. Summer boating at Jordanelle and Deer Creek lakes and fly fishing on the Provo River is the best. Single track mountain biking at the Deer Valley resort is a favorite activity for July and August. The city park offers activities year round from the little kids to the older adults who want to watch some baseball. Christmas and the Sundance Film Festival are two great times to be in town. Park City has it all!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love the location and the size of the condo. A quick walk takes you to the resort for shopping and dinner. An evening stroll will take you up the Main Street of Old Town for shopping, people watching, dining, or seeing the art. The steam room is great after a full day on the slopes and the new hot tub is perfect for a soak before bed. The kitchen is very large with a double oven, large microwave, and large fridge. You can even seat 12 for dinner easily.
