We recently stayed at this home during a trip to Denver, and overall the house itself was very nice. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the furnishings were great quality. The fenced-in backyard was a big plus, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating area and fireplace. That said, there were a few things that made our stay a bit challenging. There were exterior lights that stayed on all night, which made it difficult to sleep. There were also random vehicles parked outside the house at different times, which felt a little uncomfortable.Additionally, something I didnât catch in the listing (and am still not sure if it was listed) was that two of the bedrooms are located in the basement, separated from the main floor by a door at the top of the stairs. Since I was traveling with my children, I wasnât comfortable having them sleep down there away from the main living area, so the layout wasnât ideal for our needs. On a positive note, the host was very kind and accommodating, especially with our request for an early check-in, and their communication was appreciated.Overall, itâs a beautiful, clean house with great amenitiesâjust be aware of the layout and lighting if youâre traveling with kids or are sensitive to nighttime light.
