Liked the short stroll to town along a paved trail running right past the cabin. It takes you past the library, rink, and over a cool bridge.Big time saver as town parking is packed.

We enjoyed our stay at Little Bear cabin! It was conveniently located near downtown Winthrop. When visiting, be sure to check out the Glassworks Shop and meet the artist, Garth! We also recommend East 20 Pizza after a long day of hiking. It was delicious!

House was clean, nicely decorated, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, good location, well maintained, and quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. We went with two other couples and all of us were comfortable. We found everything we needed at the house. The only caveat for future guests is to make sure you have the people who are least tolerant of the heat in the bedroom with the air conditioner. The swamp coolers worked pretty well, but they're too noisy to sleep through.If you stay here, be sure to spend some time in the Adirondack chairs on the porch looking at the stars. They are stunning!

Cozy cabin with lovely bear decor. Kitchen is well equipped. Great location close to town. Be sure to take the short walk to the Methow Food Shed!

Really cute cabin in a great location. Foot path right next to the cabin leads to the markets one way and the ice rink and Winthrop’s downtown the other way. Great use of square footage- loved the way it was laid out. The views out the windows are beautiful and serene too. If you want to watch TV bring your own or a laptop. We had a great stay and would definitely return to Little Bear cabin!

We had a fantastic time. The cabin was just as described. There were five adults and a dog, but never really felt cramped. It was only a short walk to town and easy to find.

Cozy pad, great location

For a party of 6, we were quite comfortable at Little Bear Cabin. The kitchen tools are well stocked, the open seating of kitchen to living room allowed for all to visit comfortably. The beds were comfortable too! We all really enjoyed our stay.

Sorry to hear you found the beds uncomfortable...we haven't really had that complaint before. Some people like them firm, soft and in between. Hard to predict and hard to know. Glad that you were able to enjoy yourself anyway.

Perfectly located little cabin within walking distance of town and other key locations. Perfect size for one larger family or two smaller groups, we had four people total and still had plenty of room. This location was perfectly located for all the activities that we had planned. You can see some pretty big salmon swimming in the Methow river crossing at the spring creek bridge and deer eating on the trees early morning when it’s still cool. Very beautiful location!!
