The home was very clean and the location was great for getting to Spring Training games and for dining options in the evening. The patio and pool area is absolutely gorgeous!

Great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate and the perfect size for our family of six. The pool, ping pong table and amenities were excellent and the kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spring Break Retreat

We spent a week at Waverly Escape and had a wonderful time. The Property Manager, Nicole, was very attentive and responded to our questions immediately. This property is in a quiet neighborhood close to stores, restaurants and expressway, great for morning walks. The house lives up to its description of upscale. It is well stocked, organized and exceptional clean. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio almost daily. If possible, we are looking forward to returning next year.
