Paradise Villa, situated across the street from BallenIsles Country Club, is a newly renovated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house with a beautiful pool and deck with lots of palm trees for extra privacy from the neighbors. Completely renovated and professionally furnished it features spacious open concept living areas combining kitchen, dining room, media room, and outside patio. The sliding doors off the living room open directly onto the screened patio, inviting pool and deck area.

Barbeque Gas Grill
The property has a gas grill for guest use. Grill will be used at your own risk. The grill must be cleaned after every use and before check out. Should the grill be in unsatisfactory condition upon checkout, a $100 cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit.

The house is conveniently located less than 12 min drive to Juno Beach Park (free parking, restrooms, showers, picnic area), Roger Dean Stadium, FITTEAM Ballpark & Paley Institute. It is also only 15 mins from downtown West Palm Beach and 12 miles from West Palm Beach Airport. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly, consists mostly of single family houses. The nearby Downtown shops and restaurants are wonderful. Even on rainy days you can sit outside on the love seat under the covered screened patio and enjoy the yard.

Separate from the main house the property also features a small newly remodeled studio apartment, that’s also listed and available for rent, with a modern bathroom and a private entrance. Studio apartment does not have access to the main house, the backyard or the pool.
