We Love Punkin Holler

The house and property are fantastic. The host had so many little touches around the place to make us feel at home. Large TV in the living room was fantastic. The privacy of the property was great and the front and back sitting areas were also handy. So much room. Got to the Coler trails via bike in less than five minutes. I hope to stay there again on our next trip.

Quiet Comfort

The house was as advertised. We enjoyed the quietness of the area and comfort of the home. We had a great time just sitting and talking in the home. Ashley was very helpful and willing to be available if we needed her. Which we didn't, because everything was perfect.. Highly recommended for your getaways.

Punkin holler June

Wonderful place to stay. comfortable beds, 2.5 baths. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. Steep drive and steep stairs, but once you’re there, you can relax. Quiet country home with raccoons, deer and birds around. Wi-Fi works. 1 TV in living room, it’s huge. Thoughtful touches throughout, such as local treats on the counter upon arrival. The coffee bar was much appreciated too. Overall clean and comfortable. Would stay again and recommend to friends in the area.

Beautiful Property - Quiet but Close to Town

We stayed at Punkin Holler for a weekend of biking and art in NWA. The pictures don’t do this property justice. I was expecting a smaller more rustic property. The rooms are large the accommodations are wonderful. It is right next to Coler and just a short drive to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. We saw deer in the yard every morning and evening. The basement room was a great getaway for the teenage boys from the adults, The welcome treats from the host and the thoughtful accommodations were much appreciated!

A little slice of Ozark Heaven

We needed a house for me, my husband, two sons, & two girlfriends for our nephew's wedding weekend. With three women getting ready for events, we were looking for maximum bathrooms, which Punkin Holler definitely has. The house was perfect! Plenty of space, that seems like you're deeply secluded in the woods, but in five or ten minutes you're in downtown Rogers (or Bentonville, they all seem to just be a big tangle). The kids (can you still call them kids if they are 22 - 26?) are already talking about how it would be a great place to go for a weekend with their trail riding friends. We wanted for nothing while we were there, except maybe more time to enjoy it! Thanks Ashley for providing everything we needed to make the wedding weekend perfect - Perfectly memorable!

Secluded property with a view of Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Lots of wildlife roam the area. Plenty of space for families to spread out and enjoy a stay in Bentonville. Just minutes from Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Close to town yet rural feel. The front porch is just dreamy!
