Spacious new home w/ HOT TUB and fast high speed internet in a quiet area, great for walking and biking! The Townsend Biketrail is less than 1000 ft away! Easily walk or bike to the only grocery store in town- the IGA! And a tunnel in front of the IGA goes under the highway, making crossing the road trouble free. Our home is easy to find- no winding roads or steep hills to climb, and conveniently located to everything Townsend has to offer. Plenty of free parking and Mountain Views included!

Incredible stay! Everything was wonderful, clean, and the house feels brand new. They even have extras for little ones like children, plates and cups, a stroller. Wonderful layout for family to stay, bathtub for a littles. Beautiful decor with fall touches.Will absolutely stay again! I hope these owners have other properties because it was such a stand out place!

An incredible location for family fun.

Missy does a tremendous job with keeping her home clean, well stocked with any needs, and is prompt with all communication. This is the third time our family has stayed in this home over the years and we will continue to vacation with Missy. Thanks for all you do and we will be sure to return!

Pictures don’t do it justice!

We loved our stay. Had all the amenities anyone could ask for. My kids enjoyed the smores station as well as the hot chocolate. We like that we could just park our bicycles and ride them around the neighborhood to local eateries. Will definitely be starting again! Missy was a great communicator and kept us posted on everything.

7 Sisters Birthday Celebration

The house was lovely and decorated perfectly for the fall season. Loved the electric fireplace. The kitchen was stocked very well. The beds were comfortable and the house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Close to everything!

Best Place Townsend

I have stayed in various locations Townsend TN. The Oasis was everything advertised and more. Our host was amazing and this home is so well appointed and organized we had to take notes for ways we will do things in our home. Very clean and comfortable. By far if I cared about cost this is best value for anyones dollar.

Perfect Property

Everything about this house was perfect. It was just like the pics, so clean, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our stay and so much more. It was even decorated for fall with so much attention to detail. This host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect from check in to checkout offering so many things to make our stay amazing. I would highly recommend this house for your getaway and can’t wait to make a return trip myself!

Our experience was practically perfect in every way. Missy was the best host and this house was the best we have stayed in as a vacation house. Missy cares and it did feel like home. From a kitchen with everything you need to make a meal to a stocked fire place and games to boot, we were not left wanting. When we get the opportunity to come back to Townsend, there is only one place we will stay.

Wonderful home in the heart of Townsend

This is a super cute and comfortable home that was perfect for our family with twin toddlers. We appreciated the pack'n play crib provided as well as the flat, open yard on a quiet street that was perfect for busy boys who love to be outside. This is probably the best outfitted vacation home I have ever stayed in. There were a few groceries (eggs, butter), fun treats like the "s'mores station", "Tennessee treats", hot chocolate and even reading glasses in 3 strengths provided! Our group frequently said during our stay, "Missy thought of everything!" This is the first time staying "in town" and we enjoyed being able to walk to the grocery and to the fun new brewery Peaceful Side Social. It was also great to be so close to the GSMNP entrance. Missy was a wonderful host responding quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable home in Townsend.

This house was absolutely perfect. I rent a lot of houses and we stayed in a bigger cabin last time we were here but would stay at this house when we return. We came in town for the UT game (GOVOLS!!) and to visit the area after. The house comfortably fit us, our daughter and my grandkids. The rooms are spacious and the biggest is that the host has thought of everything. From leaving snacks and sodas and a bottle of wine to the amenities that we might need. The kitchen is stocked with all the things. Restaurants are just a walk away or a short drive. We got up early one morning and drove Cades Cove and saw a family of bears (momma and three cubs). Was a fabulous weekend and a fabulous rental. In the top 2% of places I have rented for sure (I rent 4 times a year almost every year for the past 20 years).

Beautiful home in a perfect location on the peaceful side!!

Missy’s house even more charming and lovely than we expected. It’s perfect for guests of all ages and stays of all types, in our case, a young family looking for a quiet weekend near the national park. Missy’s hospitality is second to none, everything is thought of and spotless. We will be back.

Best place in Townsend!

Excellent location (close to IGA and restaurants) ! House was CLEAN and the “extras” were so helpful ! Missy is an awesome host. She is very thoughtful and her attention to detail is spot on ! If you need a place in Townsend, don’t pass this one up.

We have been coming to Townsend for years and usually stay in a cabin; this time we decided to try something different; this place was straight out of Southern Living; very clean and comfortable, convenient to town and the Park, owner was responsive to a a few questions; overall very pleasant experience

The house was very clean and modern. All the bedrooms were spacious with large bathrooms. The upstairs area had a nice window seat to look out to the amazing mountain views. The kitchen has a large table that can seat at least 6 people. The house is surrounded by a large grass lot perfect for relaxing in the sun. Got to use a pellet grill for the first time, this is a great grill. We even left a bag of pellets for the next guest for them to enjoy. The couch is comfy, yeah i even fell asleep on it. Definitely would stay at this house again.
