This 1500 sq ft home is centrally located in the Old Town area of Eagle, a block from all the shops and restaurants on Broadway. A laid back mountain cottage, right in the middle of Eagle, that has all you need for your stay in the mountains. Ideal for a small family getaway.

This historic 1905 has been renovated to include an open floor plan and a large gourmet kitchen on the main floor. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (King, 2 Twins) and a full bath. This home has a small back yard, and BBQ grill.

Clean, Comfortable & Quiet - Amy's Place for the Win!

Perfect location for a ski/snowboard extravaganza!House is fully loaded with everything needed to cook, relax & comfortably get away to the Rocky Mountains! I walked to Yoga classes each morning and evening, & caught breathtaking sunsets from the front door. Loved Amy's place in Eagle!

Delightful!

Amy's house is fantastic. We were there over Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything utensil/cookware we needed to make a memorable Thanksgiving dinner. The house is so clean and welcoming. Amy was amazing. She communicated before during and after our stay. I would recommend this house to everyone but hesitate because I want it to be available when I need it. : )

Darling cottage

This home was perfect for our visit to Eagle, Co. The decor is charming and stylish, the linens and towels are soft and comfortable. Amy has everything you need to prepare a meal and it is close to some excellent restaurants. Beautiful view of the mountains when you walk out your front door. Walking distance to downtown. For a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom I don’t think you will find anything better in Eagle. It was top notch!

Great resting place for a long weekend and youth area sporting event.

Just what we needed and did not disappoint. Only suggestion would be a hair dryer in the bathroom. As that was not something we thought to pack.

Amazing place, very convenient location only 2 blocks from bus stop,u can go to beaver or vail ,,Host Amy was awesome always respond for your text or call right away. We loved the place we stayed for 6 nights.. thank u very much Amy 🙏 we highly recommend this place.

Visiting friends in Eagle

We lived in this area so surrounding s were erythema familiar. We’re an elderly couple and property was not age friendly particularly the stairs and bathroom. For most renters it would be fine. Given all that because of location and condition and decoration of the space we would rent again. Also WiFi was a little dodgy but I think it was installed the day we arrived
