Access to the garage was not granted in time for us to actually use it and the smell throughout the apartment was really bad so bad that two of the people that were staying downstairs had to go get another hotel it was our wedding weekend and when I had told the owner about the issue all he said was he wished we had told him sooner?! We did not have a moment to be writing him as it was our wedding weekend - the price was extremely high and I would have expected a discount also there was no body wash when your paying thousands of dollars certain things should be provided or should be communicated that it’s not available ahead of time I’ve never paid so much money to stay somewhere and been so uncomfortable and disappointed

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and congratulations on your wedding! We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations, especially during such a special weekend. We take the comfort and satisfaction of our guests seriously. While we were unaware of the odor concern until checkout, we promptly inspected the property and were unable to detect any unusual odors. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to address any concerns right away. We also appreciate your feedback regarding garage access and bathroom amenities. Providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home is important to us, and we’re always looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience. We appreciate you choosing our home for your wedding weekend and wish you both the very best.

Great location for us. Stayed here with 3 kids and 2 adults. Plenty of space with comfortable beds. Magnolia Ave has a ton of options for places to eat within walking distance which we enjoyed. TCU and the Fort Worth Zoo are both within 15 min. Stockyards is maybe 20 min tops. With any big city you'll encounter a variety of people but never had any issues and felt completely safe walking around with our kids. The townhouse was decorated beautifully as well and was a cool place to stay.
