The Lodge at Stoney Ridge – A Mountain Mansion with Amazing Views, Private Hot Tub & Patio!

Welcome to the Lodge at Stoney Ridge. This spacious, luxurious house has the comforts of home plus the location and views of a mountain paradise. You ll find all the amenities here oversized private hot tub, gas fireplaces, BBQ, Billiards table, amazing views from every window, in-home theater, firepit, and a secret bedroom that s designed to fascinate guests! It is located just a short drive from the Breck Ski Resort and downtown, plus the nearby ski resorts of Summit County. ***Main Level***
Garage / Mudroom Mezzanine: This home will have a 2-car garage with room for up to 3 more cars in the winding driveway. Attached to the garage will be a spacious Mudroom Mezzanine with bench for removing boots and gear. Along with seating there will be a refrigerator, sink, cabinets, shelving, and hangers for all your gear.
Powder Room: As you enter the home from the garage or front door there will be a powder room to your right.
Laundry Room: The hallway next to the powder room will take you to the fully equipped laundry room. In laundry room there will be a sink, cabinets, and counter for folding clothes. Most importantly it will also have front load LG washer and dryer.
Dining Room: As you enter the home the first room will be a beautifully lit dining room with seating at the table for 8 people: as well as a bar ledge with seating for 4. The dining room table is a gorgeous oak slab with rod iron legs. Above the table will be a modern circular chandelier.
Kitchen: As you pass by the dining room you will come to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is an amazing balance between modern appliances with wood cabinetry. Appliances will consist of Bosch dishwasher, Dacor 6-burner stove, convection microwave, Maytag Refrigerator, stainless steel oven and sink. The kitchen will also be stocked with Keurig, Cuisinart coffee maker, Crock-pot, rice cooker, toaster, and much more!
Main Living Room: Make your way around the corner from the kitchen to the cozy family room; a perfect spot to gather the group. Furnished with large wrap-around couch, game table, and Flatscreen TV. Snuggle up with family and friends and get warmed up by the wood burning fireplace!
Outdoor Patio/Deck: Surrounding the family room will be the outdoor covered patio. Take in the amazing natural landscape and views surrounding the property. With table, chairs, lounge seating, and decorative coffee table you can kick back while the trusted cook fires up the grill. Make sure to invite friends to the cookout, as there will be seating for over 20!
*** Downstairs Level***
Downstairs Bathroom: As you make your way down the stairs you will find a full bath, with shower and jetted bathtub. Granite counter sink accompanied by unique and stylish tile work throughout the floor and shower walls.
First Bedroom: The first bedroom will have a king-sized bed with 2 nightstands, dresser, and desk with a small TV. Walk-in closet provides plenty of storage and a place to hang your clothes. Closet will also have 2 luggage trundles and humidifier.
***Lowest Level***
Lowest Level Living Room: At the bottom of the stairs, you will find a second living area. Where you can relax in comfort and style with this amazing theatre like set up. Perfect for movie nights, this living area has a mounted projector for that wide theatre screen experience. Massive bean bag chairs coupled with 5 personal leather recliner chairs. Get the whole family together for the next blockbuster. Downstairs living area also includes wet bar, dishwasher, fireplace, game table, and coffee maker.
Wine Cellar: Further down the hallway past the living area you will find the wine cellar on the right. Wine is not included but feel free to store your bottles during your stay.
Second bedroom / Bathroom: Across the hallway from the wine cellar will be the first downstairs bedroom and bathroom. There will be a full bathroom with shower and tub, as well as storage with shelving, luggage trundle and plenty of space for clothing. As you pass by the bathroom, you ll enter the bedroom with a comfy queen-sized bed. Bedroom will also have a mounted Television and a tasteful wall of shelving.
Third Bedroom / Bathroom: As you reach the end of the hallway you will find the final bedroom and bathroom of the downstairs. Bathroom will have a shower and tub, again with a little storage area attached. Sink will also have a beautiful colorful design. Last but not least the bedroom will have a comfy queen bed, nightstand, and even small flat screen TV.
***Upper Level***
Master Bedroom / Bathroom: From the main level as you make your way upstairs to the first landing you will find the master suite. The first room you will find is the en-suite bathroom. Spend a little extra time in this stunning walk-in glass shower with a shower spot in each side! Along side the shower will be a jetted tub to lay and enjoy some self-care on the off days. Going further into the suite you will reach an enormous walk-in closet, with beautiful wooden shelving, clothes hangers, and a dresser. Finally, you will reach the master bedroom. A tall king bed, armoire, tasteful bench, and personal fireplace!
Patio: Step out from the master bedroom to a personal patio with seating; and take in the breathtaking views if the natural landscape and mountains. Patio also brings in a beautiful lighting to the bedroom.
***Top Floor***
Playroom: As you make your way up the stairs to the top floor, along the hallway you will find a bookshelf to your left. With a gentle tug the bookshelf opens revealing a secret playroom! Inside will be a small Flatscreen TV. A long desk in the room can also serve as a private workspace for those you can t escape the office.
Living Area: Just passed the bookshelf room you will find another living area equipped with large pool table. Behind it will be a wet bar with dishwasher and sink, and a small game table in the corner.
Fifth Sleeping area (Bunk Room): On one side of the living area will be another bedroom that works as a perfect kid s room. Equipped with 3 bunk beds, full over full, for a total of six beds! Also inside will be a couch, recliner, and a fun sled coffee table.
Sixth Bedroom / Bathroom: Going to the opposite side of the bunk room you will find the final bedroom and bathroom. This en-suite bathroom will have a walk-in glass shower and another uniquely designed sink. Bedroom will have a king bed, dresser with a mirror, and Flatscreen Tv. Also, bedroom has an attached personal walk-out patio!
Please be aware that there are security cameras placed in the access and parking areas. This home is not pet-friendly. Please be aware that the community has strict rules about excess noise and will levy penalties at their discretion.

You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
