Overall, the home was just okay. The pictures needed updated as there is clearly some landscaping and other things that need attention. It is my understanding that the listing has been updated since our concerns were expressed, but I have not checked it out. Our biggest concern was the bedding. We got in later and when we pulled down the sheets, the bedding looked unwashed. I canât say for sure, it was all neatly tucked in tight but I immediately found a q-tip and a plastic clothing tag laying on the fitted sheet. We put a shirt over our pillows to sleep because it was too late to wash them at that point but felt like we shouldnât lay our heads on the pillows.So, that meant the next morning we were washing the bedding.Edison bulb lighting on the back patioâŠ.half the bulbs were burnt out, only two pieces of firewood, only one side of the reclining couch actually reclines as it should, we were expecting a game room with ping pong and arcade games as the listing states. There was a broken ping pong table folded in the basement? All this to say, we were a bit disappointed in the place when we arrived. Now, to be fair, here are the things that we did like: location in a nice neighborhood, convenient to what we wanted to do, and other than the bed sheets the place seemed clean, nicer backyard area to hang out with your family.
