Wonderful Lake Front home with beautiful views in Great Waters. Wake up to the lake and enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened in porch or in the lounge area before a day of fun on the lake or at the pool!

Located in Waterside Village, experience the best of Reynolds and Great Waters at Lake Oconee! Have a boat? Bring it as there is a boat ramp walking distance from the house and you can park your boat for the weekend at the shared dock just a few steps from the back porch. Dont have a boat? There are multiple boat rental options on the lake for which information can be provided. Restaurants and Publix are just a few miles away and very convenient!

New remodeled and well appointed chefs kitchen with everything needed to cook and bathrooms with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Laundry room and office nook are available for use as well during your stay. High Speed wifi is included as well if you need to get some work done prior to hitting the Pools, Tennis Courts, sandy beach or lake!

Enjoy the private community pool (open seasonally - just for our specific area), tennis court, and a sandy beach that are within steps of the backyard. Because these amenities are used exclusively by Waterside residents, you will rarely encounter more than a few people at the pool or beach. Walk to the Great Water's Clubhouse for a snack or dinner. The entire house has been renovated.

The house has two flat screen TVs - one in den and on in the master bedroom.

The screened in porch has very nice and comfortable furniture, enjoy a morning coffee or evening beverage!

Gas grill is available for use as well as Kayak, Paddle board and plenty of floats.

This house is easily accessible to the Ritz Carlton Lodge (15 minute by land or by water) and surrounded by 5 legendary golf courses (designed by Tom Fazio, Jack Nickalus, Reese Jones, and Bob Cupp).

Everything and More!

My family could not have been happier with our vacation rental at Great Waters. Al was one of the best hosts we have ever worked with - he provided thoughtfully prepared instructions and sent to us well in advance of our stay, he was available for any questions or help during, and he was wonderful post-trip. I've never stayed at a location so well stocked and beautifully laid out. The house is STUNNING - clean, bright, airy, comfortable and don't get me started on the views -- the lake and the common grounds were a dream. Al went the extra mile and called in a favor with one of his friends to get us a dinner reservation at one of the property's premiere dining location. It was incredible! I highly recommend visiting!

Pictures do not do this property justice…everything in the home has been updated and looks new. Plenty of space for our family of four and the boat docks directly behind the house were extremely convenient to dock a rental boat overnight.Look forward to visiting again!

Perfect Lake Getaway

This property worked out perfectly for our visit to Lake Oconee. We golfed at Great Waters and enjoyed walking our dog around the beautiful community.Stellar communication from the host from booking to checkout. The house is in pristine condition. I highly recommend this property for your next visit to Lake Oconee.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

We chose this home because it was close to the wedding venue and for its lake views. The home was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owner was a great communicator. Check in and check out was smooth. Hope to return to lake country again

Quick weekend getaway

We decided on a last minute trip and booked this home. The views were amazing! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, small appliances for any type of cooking, coffee maker and Keurig and very nice appliances. The host was very nice and easy to get in touch with. We can’t wait to book our next stay here!

Nice gated community

We enjoyed our time at this lake house. The house was clean and well equipped. It is decorated nicely. I will say the dock is a shared dock and there is not a ladder. We rented jet skis and a boat and the water was deep enough at the dock to park.

Fabulous family time

This was our second time at this outstanding lake house. We had a wonderful three days here and everybody in our group loved every aspect of the house. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The owners are very prompt in their communication.

Location, Location, Location

This home is lovely, clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is quaint located perfectly to all the hot spots around the lake. The views out of 90% of the house were all water views. Magical. The kitchen has everything a cook could want including bright and white. My favorite room is the closed in porch with all windows overlooking the water. Highly recommend and look forward to a return visit. The host is so easy to work with and gave great recommendations.

Exceptional Experience!

Everything about this home, including communication with the owner, far exceeded my expectations. He goes above, and beyond, to make sure everything is just right for your stay. The views are beautiful, the community is super friendly and everything was neat and sparkling clean. The house had everything we could possibly have wanted to make our stay relaxing and memorable. Perfect!!

This home was just perfect! It was lovely and had everything we needed. It was just a few steps from the water and dock in a very charming neighborhood. The views were amazing. We rented a boat for several days and it was so nice to have the dock right outside the back door. We also enjoyed using the owners paddle board and a community beach and pool were a short, beautiful walk away. The screened porch was a favorite spot with plenty of seating. I worked remotely for a few days and there were several spots to work from with excellent wifi. We enjoyed dinner at Great Waters clubhouse, a short walk away. We also enjoyed numerous nearby restaurants in Eatonton and also made several trips to The Ritz. The owner was extremely helpful, including making reservations on our behalf. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return.

Family reunion

Our extended family rented separate cottages in Great Waters for a reunion last week. We had a wonderful time. This particular home was gorgeous. Everything was beautifully appointed and Al was willing to help us with whatever we needed. The location was fantastic. We hope to come back again.

Amazing Lake Vacation with Family

The property was clean and comfortable and was exactly as listed. We used the community tennis courts and our dog loved the lakeside trails.The view of the lake from the house is absolutely breathtaking. The owner was great with communication and even let us check out later to enable us to celebrate Mother’s Day with the family. Wonderful stay at Lake Oconee

This property is in Great Waters, which is a gated community with and an amazing golf course, club house, lake, and common area. The house is on the water, but there is a huge common area shared with about 10 houses and a shared dock. If you bring your dog, there is plenty of space to walk them in the shared area and there are great paths along the water. The house was immaculate and well stocked. The kitchen is as amazing as it seems in the pictures with high end appliances. There are plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and spices. There are even 2 coffee makers (drip and keurig). The living room will seat 6 comfortably, and there is a relaxing screened in back porch where you can take in the lake view. The internet was very good and the channel options on the TV were fabulous. They had most streaming services, which was great for watching football. There are tons of speakers in the living room, but they would go in and out (pretty sure it was user error). Luckily the Sonos sound bar worked beautifully, and we still had great sound. All three bedrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom has its own bath. The main bedroom has a huge bathroom, a TV, and comfy bed. It was a cozy room. We did not use the other two rooms, but they were nicely appointed. The host was responsive and very easy to work with. The check in and check out process were very easy. While there were not very many food places that delivered to Great Waters, Instacart does deliver Publix groceries to the house.
