*Take in the Lake views by the pool, enjoy the tennis court, and lounge by the beach. Park your boat at one of the docks and launch from the conveniently located boat ramp.
*Features two beautiful en-suite bedrooms on the main level and a large loft with a full bathroom.
*Open living spaces are clean and updated with modern furnishings.
*Large back deck with panoramic views of the award winning golf course and spaces to lounge or enjoy meals outdoors.
A government issued photo ID will be required upon arrival at the security gate.
External security cameras are used at our cottage to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage

Quiet Time 9pm til 8:00am
NO CONFETTI at all - an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if found
MAX of 8 people allowed at the property at ANYTIME.

No outside speakers
Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties.
Park only in the parking spaces in front of cottage
No more than 2 cars allowed at ANYTIME.
NO parking off the street or in the grass/pinestraw
No fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 8 guests total at ANYTIME on property.
NO smoking anything in the house or on the property.
We do monitor our house with our outside cameras.
You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.
Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.

This neighborhood is the perfect base to be able to explore Lake Oconee and the surrounding Lake Country from. It is also, the only part of Reynolds Lake Oconee that allows guests to access a pool, tennis courts, a beach and docks.
