River Mountain Lodge Spruce Creek Condo is a deluxe 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s a fine getaway for up to four people. The cozy living area features a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the mountains or downtown. There’s also a small desk/work area for catching up on emails. The full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances has all the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks when you’re not taking advantage of the many dining options nearby.

You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great two week stay

Lovely condo and you can't beat the location. A comfortable extended stay. Wonderfully sunny downstairs living area. I was working from here and found the desk to be perfectly adequate. The condo is largely well equipped, though a few updates to the kitchenware might be warranted. Pans are pretty scratched up, and I would have loved a lid for the small pan, but I made do. The bedroom upstairs has a comfortable bed and a nice big dresser. Another review said it was too dark in the bedroom - it could use some more light, but it was completely manageable. Loved the in-unit washer/dryer and the building amenities! The management company communicated by text message and was incredibly responsive, making everything easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, a bit dated, communication clunky

Great location at bottom of 4 o'clock run. Unit is a bit dated/worn, but typical for ski town. Check in/out is at a rental office a block away. Text communication was responsive, but they didn't fix complaint of an overpowering smell coming from the bathroom. Asked nicely for housekeeping to check on it while we were skiing, was told to open the windows. I'm guessing the rental agency has to pay the facility for any housekeeping requests so they avoided it.

Breck stay

We stayed here during our wedding/honeymoon. The River Mountain Lodge is a great location with a bus stop outside, ski-in route across the street, and close proximity to town. We were disappointed that the property management company was not flexible in regards to early/late check-in/check-out. We had all of our wedding stuff and were hoping to drop our things early and when checking out, we had asked for an 11am instead of 10am check out. The check-in process takes place at the property management office and not the River Mountain Lodge, so keep that in mind.

Good Unit with Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this is a good unit, with a perfect location. The unit is well equipped, with everything you need for your stay. I especially appreciated that there was already cooking oil and salt, pepper, and a couple of other spices provided. The knives were dull, but there was a sharpener available in the knife block. I've stayed in a couple different units in this complex and my main complaint is there is zero sound proofing between units. And you inevitably end up near someone loud. The front door could also use something to make it soft close, because everyone lets it slam on their way out and it's very loud. We were across the hall from a group that seemed to open and close their front door endlessly. The large gap under the door doesn't help either. Check is also at 10AM which, is too early in my opinion. Especially when check in isn't until 4PM.

Amazing Stay!

This was the perfect place for me and my boyfriend to stay at for a ski trip. It’s a 5 minute walk to downtown/ restaurants/ shops. There is a bus stop across the street that has buses going to the different lifts. Also a ski rental shop about 200 ft away very convenient for getting gear. The four o clock run ends right across from the lodge. Such a nice vacation and stay!

Perfect Location

Nice clean condo with all the amenities. Perfect for a small family. Conveniently lobated, walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants as well as bus stops to lifts and gondola. Best part was skiing “home” the 4 O’Clock trail at the end of the day that put us steps from our condo.

Nice Stay

Right off of Main Street and close to Peak 9 and the Gondola. Good location in general. The condo was very clean and easy to get in and and out. The condo is a bit dated. The upstairs bed is comfortable but the lighting is inadequate and it is hard to find your items as there are only two small lamps. The left side of the bed is hard to get out of due to the ceiling. No vacuum or broom to sweep up the dirt from being outside on the dirty snowing roads. Overall, a comfortable experience. Would try a different condo not right next to the outside hot tub as it was loud at night from guests using the hot tub after hours.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean. New flooring and appliances. But needs more updates, some appear to be "DIY" projects like tile in bath downstairs. NEEDS bigger lamps in upstairs bedroom. It was a cave. Buy bigger wattage bulbs. Finally brought lamp from downstairs but only helped some. Couldn't even see clothes in my luggage. You definitely would not have read a book in bed. Closet had over 8 bed pillows in it plus decorative pillows. No room for renter to put stuff but they did have about 50 hangers (why?). Could not regulate heat !!!! I sweated at night with lightweight shortie PJ's. Stayed at 73 constantly and sweated when getting dress for outside snow activities. Heater needs better regulation capability. I shouldn't sweat with snow on the ground. Only rating as high as a 3 bc of great location to downtown shops and restaurants.

Great location

We have been to Breckenridge 3 times and have stayed at River Mountian Lodge every time. Very convenient location to Main Street, restaurants and shops. Building is starting to show its age but the unit was nicely appointed and clean.

Extremely convenience and beautiful location with very accommodating condo

Condo was great! Upon arrival the checkin process is really easy and simple to complete. The location in town was incredible! Basically free parking to then walk all around town while not having to worry about paying for parking every hour. The condo was extremely accommodating with some surprises in the kitchen, we were amazed to find the level of attention they had in providing some of the most basic needs when cooking with things like olive oil, salt and pepper, etc. with holding the theme of being honest in this review, the only downside we truly found was the bed. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I had ever slept on, but it always could have just been our individual condo booked! Other than this fact this is one of the best places to stay, especially for the budget!

Perfect for a trip with my daughter

Great location, very clean, easy check in. 2 full bathrooms was great. Well stocked kitchen, although for our short stay, we didn't use it. We were able to walk everywhere and left the car in the underground parking area. Highly recommend this property.

This was my second time visiting through Summit Rentals and at the same location. It is have been my favorite Breck. Location I’ve ever stayed.

Great location

Had some troubles with cleanliness, but management was quick to respond to our concerns. Fantastic location for skiing and going into town, couldn't have asked for better. The space was great for 2 people, with full bathrooms on each level and a fully equipt kitchen.
