Once inside the house you many never want to leave as there is never a dull moment! From sitting on your balcony watching the sun or moon rise over the horizon or if you are lucky enough, a rocket launch, to relaxing in the living area with an electric fireplace, possibly strolling the beach at sunset, or the excitement of riding the waves just outside your door. This home really has it all. Electric Car Charger (240 volt-Nema 14-50 outlet), second refrigerator/freezer in garage, hair dryer, iron, keurig coffee pot (plus 1 large/1 small coffee pot), and even a beach wagon

- All bedrooms have TVs.

- There is a loft setup as an office/game room on the third floor between both bedrooms. It has ocean views, a desk & chair, and a card table.

- Must be at least 25 years or older to rent. Primary renter must be present during entire stay.

- Pets are strictly prohibited.
