Fun place

It was a wonderful and fun place to stay. We’d love the fishing, the putt putt, the size of the property, The Lazy River. There was good communication with the property owner. Definitely going back this summer.

Beautiful home

Beautiful property, inside and out. Home has everything you need. Adults and kids had a lot of fun. Definitely booking again. Wish it had more rooms for more family to stay. But besides that, it was perfect.

Peaceful and Pleasant

We had so much fun. Only stress was keeping 2 yr old from opening back door where pool is but everything else was perfect. Host was very easy to communicate with prior and during our trip.

Loved it!

House was great with plenty of room and the pool/lazy river was amazing! There were eight of us and everyone was able to spread out, also loved the 5 - toilets! We rent a lot of houses and usually are a one and done but on this one we ALL agreed we would come back to!

Fun filled family weekend

Words can't do justice to this beautiful property! We didn't lack for activities...floating the lazy river, swimming, putt putt, fishing, croquet and just hanging out at the swim up bar catching up! We had our two daughters and four grandsons, it was PaeRFEacT!!

Amazing, fun, relaxing, something for everyone!

It couldn’t have been any more perfect. We had 5 adults and 3 children one evening for a few hours, but 4 adults and 2 children the rest of the time. We all thorough enjoyed the pool and river. My husband enjoyed the fishing. The 3 year old loved the putt course. And 10 year old enjoyed getting to go shopping. We definitely plan to return to this private oasis getaway.

Fantastic getaway spot

This far exceeded expectations. Pictures don’t do place justice. Large house w/plenty seating & sleeping. Fully stocked w/pots, pans, etc. Body wash/shampoo in every bathroom. Great attention to detail. Host quickly responds to questions. Highly recommend this place!!10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hurricane Beryl knocked us out.

My niece stayed with friends last summer and LOVED the property so we booked a short “family reunion” gathering. Kiley and Jamie worked with us throughout the week to coordinate plans, but ultimately our Houston bunch could not come due to high water and power outages. We will definitely make plans again when we can gather the troops and find an available time.

Spectacular Property

The Cypress, TX house was an amazing place for a family with young children! We had a waterpark (lazy river/pool), mini golf, fishing pond, large yard, and all without leaving the property! The house was large and easy to either spread out or get together in the common spaces. The decor was so fun and the owner was super quick to respond with answers or help! The general area was quiet and secluded while being very close to shopping and local businesses. We would love to return one day.

Family gathering

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The location and layout of the property was exactly what we wanted. The host was very responsive and check in and out was very easy. Our family dinner of 20 people had plenty of space. Definitely would stay here again!

Best Vacation EVER!!!

I cannot say enough awesome things about this property. It is big, beautiful, and oh so fun! Rented it for the week to entertain our 5 grandkids and had a great pool party with friends and family. The house is so nicely decorated, inside and out, and there was plenty of room for our party of 10. And that pool!!! It is truly a first-class property, and you will feel pampered staying here. Everything was clean, the owners were available with any questions we had, and there was plenty of kitchen ware and towels/linens. Several of our guests commented that this should be an annual event for us, and we are thinking the same! Great memories were made! Best vacation ever!

Girls’ Weekend with the “Great 8”

This group of teachers (and a legal expert) loves to plan a getaway whenever we can. I saw a picture on Facebook and shared “this house with a lazy river” with the girls one evening back in January. They loved it and we booked it on the spot! And I can say the Lazy River Retreat did not disappoint! As we arrived, we were all so impressed with the decor and layout on the inside and even more excited as we saw the swimming pool and lazy river out back! Everything needed for a comfortable stay was made available and the hospitality offered by the host was incredible. If we had a question, it was quickly answered. It was a great couple of days and there’s no doubt we’ll be booking again! The only suggestion that I heard (and I say this while giggling!) was maybe some WD-40 on a couple of doors for those in the group that like to sleep in. LOL!! But seriously, so many good things to say about this place! I know I can speak for our group when I say we highly recommend the Lazy River Retreat! Thanks so much for a wonderful getaway!

Family fun in Cypress

Our family had a great time! The property is large and we had plenty of room to spread out. Our kids were not ready to leave when our stay was over. The pool was a lot of fun and for some of them, it was the first fish they ever caught. The property was very clean and the owners were so nice. We are definitely planning on renting again!!

Amazing stay!

The hosts and house where amazing! We had a bunch of friends from out of town and they could not stop saying how much they loved it. We had a great casino night at the house and it could not have been smoother. Great communication with us during the whole stay. Cant wait till next year to come back.

Love this private water park!

Very well maintained, lots of extras so we didn’t have to bring all of our own pots and pans. BBQ pit, a few extra floats, it was lovely! Water heater and air conditioner were a bit loud, but nothing that a little music couldn’t distract from. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

Fun House!

Property is very well maintained and something to do for everyone! Pool area and lazy river are great. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the spa heater and sent a message to property owner. He was there in minutes and walked us through the process and we were all set for the weekend. Any time we needed something he was so quick to respond. The kids enjoyed fishing, swimming and just hanging out. House was a hit with our family and I am sure it will be with your family as well.
