East Butte 19 is the perfect getaway for you and your family! Walking distance to the Sunriver Aquatic and Recreation Center and The Sunriver Village where you will find shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Furnishings, décor, bathrooms, bedding, and mattresses were all recently updated. Owners provide you with amenities like 5G Wi-Fi, a variety of entertainment options and a coffee corner with both French press and standard coffee maker. This home has a cozy and relaxing Sunriver feel.

The cabin is 2-levels with two bedrooms, a sleeping loft and two bathrooms. The downstairs features an Olympic queen bed and hall bath. The upstairs has a queen bedroom and an ensuite bath also accessible from the sleeping loft. The loft includes a full sleeper sofa and twin bed. To ensure comfort, the full sleeper sofa has a mattress topper.

The deck is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Sunriver. It includes a private hot tub, BBQ, and comfortable patio furniture with umbrella, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. The shared space behind the house is wonderful for star gazing as well as a game of fetch with your dog. The garage has all kinds of toys for you to enjoy. There are six bikes, a scooter, a bike trailer, and a stroller for your use to explore Sunriver and beyond. The garage also includes ping pong, a few tennis rackets, and a basketball hoop.

Home away from home

The home was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools and good quality pots and pans. The livingroom furniture is comfortable. The bedrooms are adequate. There were a few issues. The dryer was out of order so doing laundry was not an option. The downstairs bathtub filled with water when my friends were showering so that needs to be addressed. The bed in the upstairs bedroom is very soft and was rough on my back. If it had been earlier in the summer it would be impossible to sleep due to how hot it gets up there. Even with overnight temps in the high 30s, with the window open all night, with the fan on all night, the room stayed stuffy. Admittedly this was my first time renting a house (we have always stayed in hotels) so I have nothing to compare this to.

Sunny Warm Home in Heart of SR

Our family visits Sunriver once every summer and have stayed in many homes. This was one of our favorites. We loved the location and the layout was perfect for a family of four with the teens getting the upstairs (BR and Loft) all to themselves. Ping pong table and basketball hoop both got plenty of use!

Wonderful & relaxing

The only issue we saw was that there was no dog poop bags, and lots of other people's dog poop in the backyard. Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves and are talking about coming back soon.
