3 Mulligan ligger bara några steg från Woodlands Golf Course. Hemmet har alla lyxiga bekvämligheter som gör en perfekt semester.

Detta välutrustade, nyare hem har allt som görs till ett perfekt fritidshus. På 3 Mulligan kan du koppla av och njuta av bekvämligheterna i ett uppgraderat hem med alla nya möbler och sängkläder. Vardagsrummet har en vacker vedeldad högeffektiv spis och platt-TV. Hemmet har till och med en vinkällare (vin ingår inte).

3 Mulligan ligger precis utanför Woodlands Golf Course, med närhet till vandringslederna, Benham Falls, Deschutes River och Sunriver cykelleder. Det är en trevlig cykeltur till SHARC eller Village Mall. Uthyrning inkluderar 10 "obegränsade" SHARC-pass.

Hemmet är ett omvändt levande 2 våningar hem med kök, matplatser, vardagsrum, en kung master svit, ett drottning sovrum och ett badrum med full hall, alla ligger på övervåningen.

Bubbelbadet ligger på ett privat däck med en avkopplande utsikt.

Hemmet har ett fullt utrustat kök med vackra kakelbänkar, skiffer och trägolv, 5 brännare gasspis, avancerade apparater, och alla disk och verktyg som du behöver för dina fantastiska semester måltider.

Hemmet har ett bifogat garage för bekväm parkering och lossning på vintern eller sommaren. Garaget är fyllt med 7 vuxna cyklar, 3 cyklar för barnstorlek och en 2-barn cykelvagn. När du bor i Sunriver är en favoritpasstid att utforska milen med asfalterade cykelvägar i hela Sunriver.
En bärbar spjälsäng (inga lakan) och bärbar barnstol finns i hemmet för att förenkla förpackningen för familjer med små barn.

Husdjur är välkomna och detta hem har en sluten bakgård.

Kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils and oven mitts. Hot tub was nice. Fenced yard is small, but a nice option for the dogs.

This house was perfect for our family and dogs. Loved the fenced in yard. Living room furniture could use some updating but bedsides that this place is perfect. We’ll be coming back many many times.

We felt the house is on need of lots of updates and felt cluttered with art, decor, furniture, wine crates, Knicknacks. The photos look great but when we got there we felt overwhelmed with old furniture, really worn coffee tables, patio furnishings mismatched, couches run down and uncomfortable. Lots of dust, spider webs. The master closet was so full of stuff, it was difficult to usr as a guest. The tv remotes are missing the backside and the batteries were dead in multiple rooms. We had to message to get them delivered the next day... so no tv for a night. The patio needs sanding and painting. Very worn. Made everyone wear shoes so they didnt hurt their feet. But it is a good dog friendly house. The location is good. Check in was easy.

Beautiful location, needs a deep clean asap

This place was in a beautiful location. It was, however, extremely dirty. The cleaning company should be fired. There were layers of dust in the kitchen under the glasses, there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and the rugs and furniture were so gross. There was animal stains in two of the bedroom carpets, and it smelled of urine. We loved the size of the house and the location, but, due to the cleanliness, I would never stay at this location again.

Great value for large family

A bit dated but enjoyed the number of sleeping options. Downstairs bedrooms are a little noisy. Otherwise we had a great time I thought it was a very good value. Thanks!

Spring Break

Wonderful get away. Quiet neighborhood. Sharc passes were a huge hit with kids of all ages. Bikes were a plus. Loved the hot tub. WouldHighly recommend!

Comfortable Home

We had a great time in the home. Although it could use some updates and TLC, for the price point and location, you can't go wrong. It was a great for a group of 4 couples, clean, close to lots of trails and we enjoyed the hot tub as well!

We spent a long weekend with my adult kids and grandkids at this home. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The home had a welcoming kitchen and sitting area. It was warm when we were there and the air conditioning thankfully ran well. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. The reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating is there are not room darkening curtains or blinds in the upstairs bedrooms and the sun was blare into the rooms bright and early. Also, there weren't any extra bath and hand towels and the shower head in the downstairs bathroom didn't work well at all. The home is quite dated but as stated earlier it was clean and organized. Overall, I would recommend this home for a stay with a big group.

Last minute adventure paradise

Our last minute Spring Break trip chasing the best weather for adventure was a success! The house had more to offer than we needed. It’s an absolute gem for large families looking to have fun outdoors and the. cook and relax in a home away from home.

Great stay but it needs some maintenance and deep cleaning.

My family and I stayed here for 7 days and we had an overall great experience. Everything was fairly clean and well organized. The house was well stocked with living necessities. The washer was leaking but it was replaced while we were staying there and it was well communicated when it happened. However it wasn’t all good, we were only able to use 7 of the 8 adults bikes because 1 had a flat tire and no replacement inner tube and the furniture was old and dirty. Despite this, the house was nice and spacious even though we had 10 people staying there and it had really easy access to the walking trails.

Secluded vacation home away from home

We enjoyed this comfortable Sunriver cabin set away from the main village and other community amenities. It is very clean and family friendly, easily accommodating our two families without feeling like we were in each other’s space. The cabin and its features are fully functional and provided all amenities as described, though is showing the wear of a vacation rental for many years. We also skied every day and found the drive through Sunriver on the way to Mt Bachelor to be a good portion of the total drive time. Something to consider if this may be your main interest. There was also fresh snow (yay!) during our stay but we had to ask for a shovel to clear the front steps and path to/from the uncovered hot tub.

Great House

Thank you for the wonderful weekend in Sunriver for my daughter's 30th birthday! The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the grandkids and adults as well. Crystal and Amyee went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!! We would definitely use Arrived Now for our future family getaways!!
