We purchased this home because we loved the proximity to old downtown Pineville (walking only a block) and a beautiful, serene park and lake...but also with easy access to I-485 and I-77 to get to Uptown Charlotte in as little as 15 minutes.

Pineville is a small neighborhood town amongst the major suburbs of Charlotte. The home is located only one block away from the main street Pineville with restaurants, bars, and shops and only a two-block walk to the Pineville Lake park where you can find the beautiful greenway river trail entrance and the large dog park along with 3 separate children's playgrounds and an outdoor amphitheater. In the summer time, there are many activities in the park such as sailing, Tai Chi, and outdoor concerts. There is an excellent swimming pool, splash pad, and a large recreation center with an indoor running track and basketball court plus a weight room at the community center. The dog park is the perfect spot when you want to socialize your furry friend, just next to the lake.

Sitting in a quiet area, within walking distance to a park and main street, but still close enough to the energy and connectivity that all of Charlotte offers. The home is just 2 miles from the Pineville Atrium Health Hospital for those traveling doctors and nurses, plus only 2 miles to I-485 and I-77 for easy connectivity and travel.

Guardhouse protects your privacy and cannot listen to your conversations, but it is a device that can measure noise levels & smoke levels inside the homes.

For privacy reasons, GUARDHOUSE does not store any sound data or transmit sound data to servers of any kind. This system alerts Mansion team members to potential issues that may cause neighbor complaints or lead to additional costs for our guests.
