Planning an extended trip? This split-level is fully equipped for longer stays with a laundry room, workspace, and all the essentials. Whether relocating, remote working, or on vacation for the summer, you'll feel settled and at ease here.

Guests have access to the entire whole house, Traveling with kids? We've got you covered. Includes a game area, fooseball, corn hole, tire swing and plenty of space for play. The quiet street and backyard give peace of mind while you're just minutes from family-friendly fun, like the park & lake walking distance with the pool and splash Pad as well for fun all summer long!

There is a NoiseAware system inside the house to monitor noise levels.
If we are notified from the security systems that a party is happening, your booking will be immediately canceled with NO refund and you will be asked to vacate the property in 15 minutes.
These are the local ordinances from the city, not our rules.
We allow a maximum of 10 adults at the property. Our house is set up to comfortably sleep 10 people, and we do have additional fee for additional guests.
The guest must tell the owner before booking how many guests total will be sleeping at the property. If you want to bring more, consent must be given by the owner through the VRBO App
